The beach rental offers views that will make you feel at paradise, is located less than 15 minutes away from the airport in Aguadilla (BQN) at walking distance from one of the best beaches of Puerto Rico.

                        Thank you Jose and Gisella for sharing your paradise with us. For those looking for a safe and relaxing place with spectacular views look no more. Being a family of 4 we were so pleased with all the amenities this condo offered. You truly cant appreciate this location via pictures. All 4 beds are very comfortable and new. The balcony views are phenomenal. We opted to not use the A/C on the top floor and left the balcony doors open for a refreshing cross breeze and having hammocks on the balconies I found my husband fast asleep on several nights. The basketball courts are well lite and always available as well as the spectacular pool. We spent some evenings at cabana by the pool which was perfect for domino's while others swam in the pool. We opted to eat breakfast at this secret gem.Its on 110 at a Puma Gas station, if you passed verdeazul you passed it. Although it was extremely odd to think of an eatery in the gas station but believe me it is soo worth it. I promise if you like Panini's, you will fall in love with the sandwiches here. They make their own bread and donuts. During our vacation we used Tropicaltrails.com for horseback riding. Heather and Michelle were so accommodating and patient, we had a group of 15. We also used Verdeazulpr.com for ziplining. INCREDIBLE. Scott was very helpful and informative. And please don't leave without visiting Crash Boat (25 minutes away) we had such was such a great time with the jetskis and board rentals. Needless to say this is our Puerto Rican home away from home.

The property is rented as three (3) bedroom Penthouse located in HAUDIMAR BEACH APARTMENTS EDIFICIO I APTO # 301 ISABELA, PR 00662, with a maximum occupancy of seven (7) including adults and children. *NOTE-We can only allow 2 vehicles to be parked in the designated parking. One additional car may be parked on the visitors parking. Check-In: Check-Out: 2:30 pm and later No later than 12:00pm PLEASE NOTE: To ensure a pleasant stay, it is the Tenant’s responsibility to review this agreement in its entirety and ensure that they understand and accept all of the rules, requirements, reservation times and dates, and monies paid. Failure to do so could result in additional costs, cancellation or the early termination of this Agreement. Please notify the Owner’s representatives at once if you feel there are any discrepancies regarding your reservation. 1. RENTAL PAYMENT/RESERVATION SECURED This Agreement shall not be binding and secured until the following: 1. The Total Rental Fee and the signed Agreement are received. If the Total Rental Fee is not received prior to check in then this Agreement is subject to Cancellation. In such an event, Owner Representative may attempt to re-rent the property for the rental period. Your rights to receive a refund of any of the rental fees will be governed by Section 4 of this Agreement. 2. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Normal Check-in time is after 2:30 PM on your date of arrival and Check-out time is prior to 12:00 PM on your date of departure. Every effort will be made to have the property available for your check-in time but we cannot guarantee the exact time of the occupancy. Failure to vacate the property by 12:00 PM on your departure date could result in additional hourly or daily charges at the sole discretion of the Owner or Owner’s Representative. If you wish to extend your stay or seek an early check-in please communicate your rental revision request to the Owner. Nominal charges may apply if we can accommodate your request. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT A “Security Deposit” of $300 is required. The Security Deposit will be credited or returned after the departure date as long as there is no property damage beyond normal wear and tear, extensive cleaning or any other violation of this Agreement. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY We have a stringent Cancellation Policy because of the type of accommodation you are renting. We trust that you understand our business position. All Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Every effort will be made to rebook the home. In the event the home does not rebook, all monies are forfeited excluding the Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee. Any change in the reservation duration or time will be subject to the Cancellation policy. 5. CLEANING FEE/RESPONSIBILITIES The Tenant agrees to leave the Property in a GOOD and CLEAN CONDITION. Upon arrival all beds are made in our home. Bath towels (one for each person the home accommodates) are included. There is no daily maid service however it is available for an additional charge. We suggest you bring beach towels, as we do not allow towels to be taken from the home. Any required cleaning above and beyond the $50 non-refundable Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit. The Cleaning Fee covers your basic “hotel-like” cleaning services. This includes the laundry of all bathroom towels and bed linens, making of all beds, cleaning of all bathrooms, cleaning kitchen, vacuuming and dusting. It is mandatory that the Tenant take all debris, rubbish and trash to the dumpster location. 7. NO SMOKING It is prohibited to smoke or dispose of any tobacco-related products in the apartment, please respect this rule as your Security Deposit will be held if housekeeping discovers that this rule was not follow on the apartment during the rental stay. 7. NO PETS Pets are not allowed, please respect this rule as your Security Deposit will be held if housekeeping discovers that a pet was kept on the premise during the rental stay. 8. KEYS Upon arrival you will obtain the keys, for the apartment and a complex gate opener. Due to security purposes, if all keys or the garage door opener are not returned we will be left with no choice but to replace the locks and deduct any replacement fess from your security deposit. 10. ACCOMMODATIONS/EQUIPMENT All equipment in the home is kept in good working order. Please report any inoperative equipment promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible. Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund for inoperative appliances or systems. 11. LIABILITY AND DAMAGE “LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES” - THE OWNER’S (BOTH HOME OWNER AND I-301 PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION INC.) SOLE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE TENANT’S USE OF THE PROPERTY OR PROPERTY AMENITIES (POOL, TENNIS COURTS, ETC.) SHALL BE, AT OWNER’S OPTION AND JUDGEMENT, TO REPAIR, REPLACE OR REIMBURSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE TO TENANT OR GUESTS IN TENANT’S PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OR PERSONEL INJURY WHILE USING THE PROPERTY OR PROPERTY AMENITIES. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE TENANT WILL EXPLAIN THE “LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES” TO ALL GUESTS IN THE TENANTS PARTY AND THAT THE “LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES” APPLIES TO ALL GUESTS IN THE TENANT’S PARTY. 12. ATTORNEY’S FEES In the event of the Tenant’s breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Tenant shall be liable for all damages incurred by the Owner or Owner’s Representative resulting from such breach, including all court costs, and expenses, and including reasonable attorney fees. 13. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. 14. ACTS OF GOD Neither Owner nor Owner’s Representative shall be liable for event’s beyond their control which may interfere with the Tenant’s occupancy of the property such as weather, other acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fires, strikes, war or inclement weather. No refunds shall be given for such occurrences and Tenant is encouraged to obtain trip interruption insurance to cover such risks. 15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes and contains the sole, final and entire agreement between the parties concerning the Rental and use of the Property. OCCUPANCY LIMITS – The tenant certifies the limitations of this dwelling have been carefully read as set forth in this Rental Agreement, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS ON THE NUMBER OF PERSONS PERMITTED TO OCCUPY THE PREMISES AND NOISE NUISANCE CONDITIONS, and agrees to abide by such limitations. The Owner hereby grants the Tenant the limited, non-transferable right to use the Property as of the dates set forth above. Usage of the Property shall not exceed 7 people during any time.
