  From initial inquiry to the actual stay our experience at this property was top rate. The house and furnishings are beautiful and were extremely comfortable. Everything about this property was immaculate and seemed brand new. The kitchen was nicely equipped and there was even had a gas grill available on the deck. View from the back lower covered deck has a view of one of the golf course tee boxes and backs to a nature trail/preserve. There are 2 other deck areas--one open air off the huge master suite and one covered on the front. The outdoor living space in the property is terrific! All 3 bedrooms were nicely sized with the master being very large. Master bath also extra large and nice and other baths nicely sized. There are 2 living areas which would be nice for groups that wanted to watch different tv programs. We had everything we needed and more in the unit including a full laundry room and an air hockey table which was fun! Owner was very responsive and helpful with unit info and info on the area. Community is beautiful and amenities appeared very nice although we didn't use them as we were in town for a wedding and didn't have much free time. Pool area looked amazing! You won't be disappointed if you rent this property! It's spectacular!

  Mike's place was as described on the website. Very clean with plenty of room for my Family of 5. Mike was extremely helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back. Great place.

  My family and I (wife, 2 year old and mother-in-law) had a fantastic stay in Mike's apartment. The apartment is very newly constructed and finished beautifully. It was a pleasure to have so much space at our disposal (4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms I think). The development itself is also lovely and has great facilities. We didn't go swimming in the bay as it was a bit windy during our visit but we used the indoor and ourdoor pools and hottubs every day. The wave pool was closed during our stay (after Labor Day) but would have been fantastic for our daughter. We travelled to Rehoboth, Lewes and Ocean City beaches, all of which were a manageable drive away. It rained one day during our vists so the outlet mall received quite a few of our dollars! Mike was extremely accommodating and provide a pack n play for our daughter which saved us from tnasporting one in the car, thanks Mike! All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return.

  Beautiful place , each room was better than the other Tremendous amount of space for a family of 6. Mike was incredibly helpful when we were there. It was like having a 24/7 concierge to answer my questions. Not that we were not aware of the drive to Rehobeth and Dewey Beach areas but it's a solid 25 minutes door to door to get to the beach and park the car for anyone who's main thought is sitting on the beach all day, which wass not us We loved the wave pool, the bay beach and al the bike trails on the property We recommend Mike and his place very highly

There are some secret back roads I will share with you. :) Because parking is a rough, we take the park n ride sometimes. You had spectacular weather. Thanks for leaving the condo so clean.   My family stayed at Mike's place this summer and the condo was everything as described in the listing. it was great not to have to bring towels and linens as he provides those for you. My daughter broke her leg two weeks before our vacation and I had asked Mike for the name of a medical rental company . Mike took the the time to call around for the pricing. He discovered it was cheaper to buy one than rent one.He proceeded to purchase one for our use during our stay.He went above and beyond to make our vacation workable for my daughter. The resort has everything you could possibly need. My grandchildren range from 3-14 and there was something for everyone. Having bikes available was also a big plus for the kids.I would not hesitate to rent from Mike again and would highly recommend his condo.

And if other tenants ever need one, now I can have one " in stock". Im trying to cover all the bases, and having a wheelchair makes sense in that the building has a large elevator, making it ideal for handicapped travelers.   Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property. All of us enjoyed it tremendously. We found the condo clean and had everything there that we needed to enjoy the week. We enjoyed the bikes, the clubhouse and the pier. We would definately recommend it to families, our teenagers thought it was the best vacation ever and didn't want to go home. Thank you again!!

  This is a beautiful, well maintained property. Mike is a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The condo is spacious, clean and with 2 master bedrooms was perfect for a family vacation with parents and grandparents. Plus the elevator made loading and unloading a breeze The screened in back porch was a truly relaxing place to spend most of our evenings and the kids loved playing out there all day. The pools and sandy beach wave pool inside the Peninsula were also a big hit and allowed lots of beach fun w/o actually going to the beach. The staff at the Peninsula were very helpful as was MIke. We had a family member who needed to have oxygen delivered during our stay and everyone was very accomodating to make sure we could arrange this effortlessly. We were close enough to get to Rehoboth on multiple occasions (don't miss Fisher popcorn and Funland for the little ones - ours are 2 and 5) with fairly light traffic and relative ease of parking. Grocery stores and pharmacies very close by (we had a pink eye incident), a nice park in downtown MIllsboro and a free zoo with a park less than an hour away in Salisbury, MD. We would highly recommend the Peninsula and this unit specifically. We would absolutely rent from Mike again in the future.

  Very spacious, very well appointed, furnishings top rate, Peninsula facilities and golf course excellent. Everyone super friendly. Michael was very accommodating Just a super experience all around. 5 stars

  we were able to book this kind of last minute and what alovely place this is. It's close to a lot of recreational places and amenitities. Mike was on call and was available quite promptlky. We would utilize this sapce again.
