  Beautiful back yard. Its was like your own private resort..The area around the house was beautiful too.however, the cleaning lady is getting paid too much for what she does or lack of. Moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot, mold in the blender, I had to wash the refridgerator out myself because of red sticky stuff all over and the master toilet was still dirty as was the toilet in the cabana. The bedspreads could use a good washing once in a while too. There was a guys still in the house when we arrived (unknown to the owner) a mix up on times I guess but was taken care right away. The owner was great with any questions we had and the manager was a big help too and made us feel welcome...thanks Artie :) I would highly recomend staying here and check out BJs Cabana Bar too...great place to hang out and it has a shuttle to pick you up and take you home so no drunk driving...very handy. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the lack of some cleaning but other than that.... GREAT TIME

  I was very dissapointed with my VRBO experience using this property. In my opinion, the cleanliness and maintenence was NOT as portrayed in the photos above. Before we could enjoy our vacation, my family and I spent the first evening and into the next day cleaning the environment and washing ALL of the linens so we could feel comfortable enough to stay. Due to it being a holiday weekend, there were no other options for our large group. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to a friend, a relative or a stranger.

  This house is gorgeous. The pool is huge, the cabana is awesome and has a CO2 driven kegerator, they have a beerpong table for you to use and to top it all off, there is a PUTTING GREEN! The inside of the house is very nice too. 3 bedrooms all with queen+ beds and a large living room to top it off. Great place, i would stay there again. oh and additional note, you can get shuttles to the lake, round trip, for around 8 bucks a person. Highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This home is the perfect vacation home to rent. It is clean and spacious and the large backyard is like you are staying at a resort hotel. We were just missing the cocktail servers. The owner was very nice and answered all of our questions every time we called. When we return to Havasu, we will surely rent again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
