This second floor precious vacation property faces west and is located directly in front of the beach. During the winter time the water is warm and the Rincon Area have some of the best waves for surfing. During summer the water is calm, warm and turquoise blue. The gated condo complex itself has swimming pool for private use. The condo also offers two gated parking spaces. Within a 30 minute drive you can find Aguadilla Water Park. Driving a little further there are caves to explore at Camuy town, the Mayaguez zoo, 'El yunque' rain forest, and the world's largest radio-telescope. San Juan is 2 hrs away and the rain forest is 2 1/2 hrs away. JetBlue has flights directly from Orlando(MCO) and New York (JFK) to Aguadilla (BQN). Continental and Spirit also have flights to Aguadilla.
The San Juan Airport is at 2 1/2 hours drive.

The owner of this unit was extremely flexible with our crazy flight schedules - In addition, the location of this unit was ideal for so many reasons - swimming, surfing, walking to rentals and restaurants and ideal location to all the other local beaches with our rental car. The unit was great with cleanliness, comfort and ease of quick move-in. Washer/Dryer was terrific to have and the gated closure made us feel extra safe - pool was fun to relax in after the beach day. Would love to return with a surfing vacation in mind, again one day!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo, and appreciated the service as much, if not more than the unit itself. We arrived at 4:30 in the morning after many delays in flights - were exhausted to say the least - and were grateful to have the preprogrammed GPS unit which Manuel sent in advance of our trip. Once we were in the car at the airport, we made a phone call to Ramses, who met us at the gate of the condo and showed us in. We had use of the GPS for the entire trip and appreciated all the preprogrammed favorites to use for getting around. The condo itself is in a great location and we felt very safe. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer were handy. The beach itself is beautiful - within walking distance are several restaurants, a small gift shop, a few places to rent surfboards, paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas, and other beach toys.

This condo is located right on Sandy Beach on the 2nd floor of the building. The views from the private balcony are gorgeous and our stay was very relaxing. Also located within easy walking distance are a handful of nice restaurants. It's a great place to stay!

Additional information about rental rates:

$1500 per week of 7 nights

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If reservation is less than 30 days until check in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed lease contract. Notes:$1750/week rate apply for the Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New Year Week and Holy week.
