We spent a pleasant month here. Brand new, attractive and comfortable, it’s not just a convenient rental, but a home away from home. Quiet, great location – it invites walks in one of Austin’s loveliest old neighborhoods as well as on the near-by hike-and-bike trail. An easy drive to good restaurants, Central Market and the University. The architect and builder owners were most accommodating without being intrusive – they care to make their tenant’s stay comfortable. We’d recommend it to anyone – although the long staircase to the upstairs bedrooms (while carpeted) might be daunting to some.
