Cancellation policy:
1.Full Payment of Rent must be received prior to your arrival by Credit Card. There will be no refund. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED 2.You are renting a totally furnished and equipped apartment, with one assigned parking space per unit. There are no additional parking spaces (NO EXCEPTION). Each unit is individually owned, furnished and equipped to suit the Owner’s particular tastes and needs. The inventory is based on our minimum requirements. Any inventory purchased by tenant for personal use will not be reimbursed. Not all, but most apartments have beach chairs. 3.NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. 4.NO PETS ALLOWED. 5.Check in Time is at 3:00 p.m. And Check out Time is at 12:00 p.m. 6. A guest that does not make arrangements to return keys and/or beeper by 12:00 p.m. will be charged an additional day’s rental at the prevailing daily rate for late check out. A fee of $175.00 will be charged for each missing item and $35.00 for a broken master key (NO EXCEPTION). 7.Tenant accepts the responsibility to properly maintain assigned unit during occupancy and agrees to replace, repair and/or pay for any breakage, damage or loss caused by tenant or guest of the tenant during occupancy. Tenant agrees to report any damages immediately and should the problem intensify due to failure to do so, the tenant will be responsible for the expenses due to negligence. Problems within the unit will be corrected within a reasonable period of time. Any situation that might arise after hours must wait to be resolved the next business day. HABITAT PR, Inc. and the Owner will not be responsible for any problems in the building or problems related to the utility companies. Our obligation is to provide the client with a fully furnished apartment. 8. Utilities are included; these include Electric, Water, Cable an Internet. The tenants are responsible for all long distance calls. Calls should be charged to a credit card or charges reversed, otherwise total charges will charged to Credit Card. 9.All guest will pay a final cleaning fee of $65.00. This does not include: washing dishes, pots, pans and throwing trash away for which there is an additional $25.00 charge. Furniture must be in the same position as found; if not, there will be an additional $25.00 charge. Daily maid service is available, if desired and is optional. If interested, please ask for a quote and availability. In addition to these fees there will be the 7% required by Tourism. 10.There will be a charge of $50-$175 to Credit Cards for any damaged or missing inventory after vacating the assigned apartment. 11.Any items left in apartment must be claimed within 10 days after departure. 12. In case of an emergency, the Owner or Representative from the office may enter the assigned unit. 13.The tenant hereby releases the Owner and HABITAT PR, Inc. from any responsibilities or liability, whatsoever regarding the guest’s person or personal property while residing in the unit and are not responsible, whatsoever on behalf of the guest during their stay in Puerto Rico. In the event of a court action arising under the terms of this contract, the court of San Juan shall have jurisdiction and venue over the parties. I, authorize Habitat Real Estate of PR, Inc. to charge to my account for any damages and/or missing Inventory and will be a service charge of 3% of the total amount.
