  Our family’s most favorite place to vacation is Hawaii Islands. We travel to Hawaii once or twice every year and have enjoyed different islands and various accommodation options. Since we have two small children, staying in a condo with a full kitchen and separate bedrooms is a must for us. Gregory and Maryam’s condo in Ko Olina resort is one of the best places we have stayed. It has a fantastic kitchen, cozy living room and two bedrooms and two full baths. All sand toys, beach chairs, towels, swimming boards are in the condo for guests’ use. The best thing about the condo is a terrific view. The condo is located on the 15th floor, has stacking doors, which enable the guests to enjoy the full spectrum of the ocean, horizon, fireworks for the New Year, whales in winter months. The condo has the Hawaii feel: warm, welcoming, relaxing, very enjoyable. We received a very warm welcome from the property management and great support from every staff member on the property. Our children loved the pools and quiet lagoons, which are steps away from the resort. We had great fun swimming with the turtles right in the lagoons at the resort!!! The children were thrilled! We would highly recommend the Ko Olina resort and Gregory and Maryam’s condo to the future guests. It will absolutely make your Hawaii experience a great one! We cannot wait to go back.

  When you rent a place there is always a questioning attitude relative to will it be as advertised, will the owner live up to their expectations. This first time rental thru VRBO, was fantastic. This 15th floor penthouse was everything promised and more. The location is great, close to everything you need. The property is beautiful and the lagoons ar acessiable for toddlers to seniors. Greg and Maryam made our experience one that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thanks to every one that made this a GREAT vacation.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Still think often of this vacation and don't know I didn't write a review sooner. The owners were very easy to work with and this property is absolutely wonderful. We had a very relaxing wonderful visit! Our teenager loved it - now that's saying something. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to work in, and the views were incredible. Clean!! Easy place to enjoy by itself but also easy to visit other places on the island as well. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Wakiki but had its own fabulous beach area. We would stay here again.

  Our stay at the Ocean Tower villa 1503 was amazing. The views are phenomenal and pictures do not do the villa justice. The property listing, description, layout and amenities are accurate as listed. Considering that the property is located just across the street from Roy's restaurant and Ko Olina golf club, makes it a great destination for golfing and for families. Ko Olina is a great villa especially for children since its located just off a very calm lagoon with the property having 2 pools. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great beach vacation away from the touristy Waikiki aspect of Hawaii.

  The condo and property are very well maintained. The pictures were accurate. Dealing with the owners was not a problem at all. Would highly recommend staying at Ko Olina. It is out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu but close enough to everything. Went for dinner at the golf course across the street and it was superb. The shark diving on the north shore was worth the drive. All in all, it was great. We are planning on returning next year!

  If you are planning a trip to Oahu then stop looking and stay here. There is nowhere in Oahu where you will get this much luxury, stunning views and ample space for the price. As soon as you see the amazing ocean view you will fall in love with this villa. The sunset from your private lanai will be breathtaking. Cooking will actually be enjoyable with an ocean view gourmet kitchen. Everything in the villa is 5 stars from decor to bedding. Even the poolside resort furniture is 5 stars. The grounds of the resort are immaculately clean. The resort was very quiet and peaceful during our entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoons. It is funny that we made a tourist trip to Hanauma Bay (1 hr drive) to snorkel and then realized that the lagoons in our resort had more sea life. Best place to eat in Koolina (besides your villa kitchen) will be Roy's. Great places to eat in the North Shore too. It is an easy and scenic drive. We would highly recommend the luau on Tuesdays at the Marriott next door.

  My family (my parents, brother, my husband, and five yr old daughter) and I have just finished an exquisite week at this 15th floor 'home away from home' in KoOlina. The amenities, the fully equipped condo, the pools, the beach, etc were perfect for a family in need of fun and relaxation. Our 5 yr old made new friends each day either at the beach or the pools and everyone had a great time. For those reading this review, it is well worth it! But please note, this is not a managed resort or a hotel. Mostly privately owned vacation properties, expect certain rules and regulations, like: noise restrictions and no floaty devices in the quiet pool. (completely understandable). There are folks who monitor this. There is a kids pool that can accommodate all the noise you want to make, and even has a sandy bottomed beach area for swimming. My daughter enjoyed all the swimming areas and we had no issues at all. PLUS the lagoons were fantastic! Sea turtles, tropical fish, and no big waves - great for little kids! The high end resorts in the surrounding areas were noisy and overcrowded. We truly appreciated the need for quiet relaxation which also did not infringe upon the spirit and adventure of our daughter. The condo itself was Stunning. The view was spectacular. There are local restaurants which are great and Costco and Safeway nearby. We have extremely high standards when traveling (only 4-5+ stars for us) and this experience has proved to exceed our expectations in every way. We will absolutely visit again!

  Wow, this villa is breathtaking. The view when you walk in and see the ocean takes your breath away, and the first class amenities are wonderful. The villa is spotless and provided so much room for my family of 5 people. The resort is gorgeous, the villa was spotlessly clean, and provided a serene and peaceful home base while exploring the island. It is only half hour to the North Shore, which we really enjoyed. If you want to get away from the crowds at Waikiki, this is a perfect place for you. Greg and Maryam are wonderful to work with, every thing went smoothly. I highly recommend!

  My wife and I stayed in this condo for two weeks in Nov 2011 with another couple and we LOVED the condo. The view from the balcony was outstanding with views of the ocean, pools, gardens, and other resorts in the distance. The balcony is huge and the doors open up to give you a seamless living space which was wonderful --we ate out there daily. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked with modern Wolf appliances which were fun to use... all-in-all, the condo is nicely outfitted! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and fully outfitted. The resort is right on the beach, with the big lap pool below, and the other pools meander from the lap pool area towards the beach. The golf course and Roy's restaurant are across the street, and the local Country ABC grocery is within walking distance. Major shopping is less than 10 minutes away driving and we stocked up at Costco and then used the local store for top-ups. We were at the condo during the APEC summit with all of the world leaders at the Marriott hotel... and even this event had no impact on our stay or our comfort... as this condo building has its own bay and is situated away from the major tourism noise associated with the Disney resorts and the Marriott resorts that are located in Ko Olina. We did the luau at the Marriott hotel and it was fun! Dealing with the owner and the owner's rep was outstanding--there was a tour of the complex by the owner's rep when we got there and they left detailed instructions about the condo including numbers to reach them at. The owner was easy to deal with and very helpful. It makes a big difference and makes the hard part of renting a VRBO much easier. We received our refund on time and received praise on the condition we left the condo. In summary--worth every penny, from dealing with the owner, the location and the condo itself. If you are lucky enough to have time to stay here--take it and stop searching. You will not be disappointed.

  The property has many amenities that are not even listed in the description. Luxurious bath and beach towels with some nice toiletries to get you started. The kitchen is fantastic with truly top of the line appliances. The owners were very responsive to inquiries and special requests and the on-island management is equally wonderful. We had a lightbulb go out while we were there and within 1 hour someone was at our door to replace it! Stay here, you will not regret it!

Full payment of total rental is due 60 days prior to the start date of the rental term for non-holiday bookings and 120 days prior for Christmas / New Year season bookings.
