  The apartment is located in 69th street, walking distance almost everywhere in NYC. Reservation and costumer service were great. A minor inconvenience was handled promptly and with the best attitude by the owner. The apartment is very quiet. It has one bedroom with two queen beds and a half bath, and a futon in the living room with a full bath. It was perfect for us since my husband and I were traveling with my niece. It has free wifi and all the kitchen utensils you might need. I highly recomend it for families: you can't beat the value/price ratio. We had a great time!

  Our stay in New York was truly enhanced because of the flat at 69th and Columbus. This apartment was quiet, spacious, clean and well appointed. All the amenities were in place and organized down to the smallest items like diswasher soap. Michelle had thought of everything. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was always available for any questions. The neighbourhood couldn't have been better...from chic clothing to fine wine to cupcakes...it was all at the end of the street. The transportation connections were easy and Central Park was right there for a jog or a stroll. We will definitely return the next time we are in New York!

  We stayed at the apartment for four days. The apartment has a large living room, bedroom, plus a loft with a very low ceiling and queen sized bed. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is a block from Central Park, and the shops and restaurants on Columbus (and Broadway, a block west) are incredible. We ate at a different place every night. The Muffin Bakery offers great baked goods in the AM. We loved being away from the insanity of Times Square, yet close enough to walk to shows, museums, the park. We did not have to use either AC or heat, so can't comment on quality. We would not hesitate to rent this property again, and absolutely recommend.

  I brought my 3 daughters to NYC for the first time. I could not have been more pleased with this property. The sleeping area is downstairs, separate from the living area. The beds are comfortable, the room is dark and quiet with a convenient half bath on the same floor. The living area is very light with bright skylights, modern amenities, separate dining and spacious seating. The property owners were there to greet us and couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. My daughters went for a run in Central Park, less than two blocks away. The subway, Lincoln Center, Museum of Natural History. - each only a 10 minute walk. We searched Manhattan for the best NY cheesecake only to find it on our very own street at Magnolias Bakery - a must do. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

  The property is more than we expected. The location is perfect - near the train and many shops around. The place is ideal for families with children. Its a ground floor flat facing the backyard so it is very quiet. The owner response to our specific needs ( baby crib and a tall chair) were answered in advance. The kitchen includes everything. We enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend it.

  The hosts are great!!! Love the apartment, great location, and so cozy. I am absolutely thankful that I got to stay at this place, it makes my trip to NY a wonderful memory! And the apartment is just as beautiful as it seems from the internet. I just love this place. I would love to go back if I have a chance!

  I have stayed in several Homeaway apartments since 2009 and this by far is the most amazing place ever. The apartment was immaculate, super spacious and had the cleanest shower I have every seen for a rental. The owners were responsive, professional and provided every detail that we would need for our stay. I loved having the lower level for sleeping and the beds were super comfy. There will be no other place we will book for our annual trips. If you don't book this apartment...I'll say it...you're nuts. Four blocks from Lincoln Center, walking distance to Times Square (on a nice day) and Magnolia Cafe is on the corner. LOVED THIS PLACE!!

  We are so pleased to have found this apartment for our one week stay in NYC. The location is fabulous!! Very close to Lincoln Center. We walked to many places during our stay - Times Square and the Theater District, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park, etc. Plenty of amenities close by, and subway very close as well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable - w/ two adults and three teens, we really appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms. The owner was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
