Exquisitely remodeled, with marble floors, travertine shower tiles, a spectacular kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the best feature... the ocean is only 3 blocks away. Located on a super-wide canal with crystal clear water (you can fish from the dock), you can enjoy a peaceful, spectacular view breakfast right from the expansive dock. Relax the morning away here enjoying your morning coffee and seeing the fish jump out of the water. Then stroll over to the beach just 3 blocks away and enjoy what only Miami Beach has to offer...
IMPORTANT!!!: EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION YOU NEED TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT THIS HOME IS HERE. Just take a few moments to read the following 5 sentences and all of your questions regarding pricing, availability, and security (regarding the validity of this rental) are here:

If the dates are not available I have a number of other homes for you as well. MOST LIKELY I HAVE SOMETHING THAT WILL FIT YOUR DATES, NUMBER OF PEOPLE, AND BUDGET. 2. To check the rates click on the link above, just below the photos, that says 'RATES'. Look for the time of the year you're interested in and bingo, you'll have your rates. NOTE: HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS (such as the WMC, boat show, Christmas, etc.) have higher rates. Please inquire.
3. I welcome your call, but before you do please fill out the form above and to the right that says 'CONTACT THE OWNER' in blue. This is important because if you want to eventually rent my home you will pay through Homeaway.com and I need your information in the Homeaway.com system in order to send you an invoice. But do feel free to call me though... I welcome hearing from you!
4. We use the Homeaway.com Reservation Manager system. What this means is complete security, safety, and peace of mind for this rental. Only a select few properties on Homeaway.com are allowed to use their Reservation Manger system - we have to pass a stringent profile review as well as having advertised on Homeaway.com for a significant length of time (we have been here since 2008). Since you will pay Homeaway.com directly, not us, you can be assured of the utmost in security for this transaction. This also legitimizes this rental like nothing else can.
5. To rent this home you simply fill in the form at the upper right and wait for my response which will give you an exact quote. If you want to rent it, simply answer that email from me and say, 'PLEASE SEND ME A PAYMENT LINK'. I will then generate a payment link directly from Homeaway.com and will send it to you. $500 is required to reserve it, and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Shops and restaurants are located just a short walk away, and South Beach is just 10 minutes away. Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Miami International airport.

The condo was beautiful. It appeared the same as the photos online. The cleaning had just began when we arrived, and the young lady was serious about finishing here tasks before we could enter lol. It was understood as we did arrive a couple hours early. The only gripes I did have will follow here: I did notice the stale smell of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker that's a big deal to me. The cleaner used didn't work well with the smell either, but she did do a great job with tidying up the condo. I also wish it was a bit easier to contact the owner. I needed the password for the WiFi connection (which I thought should have already been left in the home), and it took a while to hear back. Also I was a bit worried about hurricane Debbie, as portions of the interstate I was to travel, were reported flooded. I simply wanted to know how would things pan out if inclement weather prevented us from making it there. Sad to say, I never received a call back. Thankfully the weather improved, and it was a beautiful weekend, the opposite of what the news initially reported. A return call would have been nice though. There were cool items included to enjoy the water with. The home was loaded with all items needed to enjoy the stay, in which we did. I've already recommended Home Away to a friend of mine, and I plan on renting through this company again in the future.Owner response: Thank you Hope. Sorry I didn't get you the WIFI password right away. The owner created a new information packet and forgot to include the WIFI password in it. I did send you information about hurricanes and our policy, which is to give a full refund if a Hurricane Warning was issued by the city of Miami Beach. I don't know about the smoke smell, we are very careful to tell all our guests no smoking is allowed in the unit. It's possible you smelled the ashtray outside that the cleaners were emptying and the dust from that may have permeated the area. I'm glad and happy to hear you enjoyed the unit. Looking forward to having you back again in the near future.

Me and my family members stayed here last year for the Miami Carnival Parade. This apartment was very clean, modern and overall a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The person I had to pleasure to deal with was Maaco, she was very sweet and extremely helpful. I would stay here again. Overall kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms were well kept and beautiful. This was our first time visiting FL for a soccer event and beach time. We rented this place for three (3) nights but only stayed for the arrival night because it was too late (8pm) to "escape" from it. We moved over to a resort in "real" Miami Beach the next morning and had a blast! BEWARE:if you want to enjoy Miami, DO NOT get into this place,especially if you go with your family (kids). The apartment itself is ok, especially the kitchen (that is why you see most of the pics are kitchen pics) but the neighborhood is awful!, noisy at day and night, 3-4 dangerous walking blocks to get to the beach thru a badly kept park. The apartment has no cable TV but the basic channels, no WiFi, some lights do not work, door are loose (bathroom doors!) etc. The owner contacted me to get our impressions about his placeand after telling him allabout it, of course, he never contacted me. Nothing against him, whom I do not know, but making sure everyone out know the thruth. This is not an enjoyable place to be unless you are alone (not with your family) and really financially constrained. Even then, you better save some money and go to enjoy real Miami later on in a safer and more welcoming place.Owner response: Bad neighborhood: In no way shape or form is this a bad neighborhood. Statistics show that Surfside has 69% of the crime an average US city has. Lots of noise at night: Nothing but permanent residents live in this area. They walk at night, yes, but in no way do they make "lots of noise at night". The owners live on the premises and refute this statement. 4 dangerous blocks to get to the beach: What is dangerous, exactly, about these blocks? There are crosswalk lights at each intersection, which clearly marked buttons to push in order to cross. BTW, the actual distance is only 3 blocks to Collins ave. The rest of your apartment is in bad shape: In fact, this apartment is in pristine condition. And the thing is you know that. The photos on the homeway.com website show the exact condition of this apartment, and we have had many, many people say that it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. The doors will not close all the way. Especially the bathroom doors!!!: We checked the function of the doors of the bathroom and found them to be fully functional. The only thing that might be said is the sliding door to the washer and dryer is a little hard to close as it sticks. There are bulbs missing or non functioning: If there were, this is not cause to say what you said. A simple phone call could have corrected it. Our cleaners are responsible for keeping the lights functional, but as are humans, mistakes could be made. In no case are their non-functioning lights in this or any of our units. No cable channels but the basic: We have never advertised anything but that. No wifi: Patently false. We have a dedicated wifi network called FUN IN THE SUN. You never bothered asking about it. In fact we never heard from you at all about any potential issues you say you had there. None of which were significant, and certainly not of the magnitude you mentioned in your review. Which going back to is a very serious matter. As mentioned, your comments were not based on fact. The owners were more than willing to work with you if in fact you were upset, or the unit was not to your liking. Even to go so far as to give you some form of refund for your stay if you were so unhappy. But you never gave them the chance to as we never heard from you. Your arrived at 10:30 pm at night and left in the morning before 8:30 am.
