Two Degrees South has the entire 11th floor directly across from the yacht club. The Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Laundry is available on site. May be combined with adjacent Condo to accommodate total of 10 people. See Listing NUMBER 3489672.
In our opinion this is the finest location on the Malecon (beachfront road). We are at the center of all beachfront activities. Whether you want to rent a watercraft, go fishing, whale watching, or just enjoy the beach, we have it all. We are situated on a large shallow bay, but twelve miles from shore the water is 20,000 feet deep. Ernest Hemingway once said Salinas has the best fishing in the world. Within a few minutes walk you can select from many good restaurants. Across the road the water is warm and the waves are gentle, so your children can play in the water while you watch from your rented beach chair and umbrella. You can purchase ice cream, sandwiches, coconuts, or a bottle of beer from beach vendors that cater to your every need.

Thanks Paul for renting me your apartment My family and I had an incredible time in Salinas. the location of the apartment is excellent it is a few blocks away from the Salinas yatch Club and there are many restaurants around to eat. My mom was so happy that the supermarket was not even one block away from the apartment. The front desk security from the building were polite and helpful and they were always aware from the people that walk in and out of the building. The apartment was clean ,spacious and comfortable.(bathrooms clean and the bed's mattress were very comfy i felt i was in my own bed) The apartmenet have windows all over so i had a nice view one from the beach and another one from the sunset. The view that we had from the sunset was spectacular. Jaime was nice and helpful everytime we need something he make sure we got it right away. The location is great from there we hired a person to drive us to different beaches such as Ballenita, Ayangue, Montanita and Olon. I had an incredible time and i would rent this apartment again. About the owner: I live in Cold Lake, Alberta Canada. I have been in the Furniture business most of my life. It is time to take life a little easier so on a trip to Ecuador I fell in love with the place on a visit there in 2011. I am sure you will love it too. The people are friendly and you will meet lots of Ex-pats while wandering the streets or sitting in an Ocean front restaurant.
Why the Owner Chose Salinas:
The infrastructure in Ecuador is being upgraded especially the major roads. The beaches in Salinas are clean and the climate is warm but not so much as in the Caribbean. Temperature vary from 75-85 and usually come with a nice ocean breeze.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
The country is very diverse with sandy beaches and some great surfing in Montanita which is a small town north of Salinas. The uniqueness of the Andes with there spectacular views and the rain forests. The highest mountain is approximately 20,000 foot high with snow at the top. Yes snow at the equator. You can also visit cloud forests in the interior. This small country is possibly the most diverse in the world.
