Beach-side, second-story condo on the Gulf of Mexico offers a great view of the Gulf and the pool. Enjoy watching dolphins as they pass by and during the winter months enjoy beautiful sunsets from the warmth and comfort of the condo.
The kitchen is up-to-date with granite counter tops great appliances and every utensil you might need to cook a wonderful meal. It is very open and offers views of the Gulf. The kitchen looks into the living room so you can cook, converse and enjoy the beautiful view all at once! There is a flat screen TV in the living room for you to enjoy. Sit back and relax in the den that offers comfortable seating during the day and private sleeping during the evening if a third sleeping area is needed. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with beautifully tiled master shower, flat screen TV, walk in closet and king sized bed. This room also has direct access to the lanai and an ocean view to wake up to. The guest bedroom has a kind sized bed with a desk and a flat screen television.
We are on the north end of Longboat Key so our beach is nice and quiet.
There are tennis courts across the street owned by Cedars West and available for your enjoyment.
Longboat Key has 10 miles of biking trails and there is a bike shop across the street where you can rent bikes for any period of time that you wish.
There is a boat rental within half a mile of the condo if you enjoy boating and are in the mood to rent a boat. You can stroll the inner coastal or if the mood really strikes you, take a trip out into the Gulf.
The trolley stops outside of Cedars West so if you decide you want to visit St Armands Circle or Bradenton Beach and you do not wish to bike or drive, you can pick up the trolley and take it to either place.
This unit has been decorated with the sea coast in mind and the color schemes reflect the beautiful ocean that is your back yard.
