San Miguel is a small colonial city that is exquisite in the ease with which it carries its venerable age into the modern world. It is warm and wonderful in the human element, with customs that encourage you to share in the city's daily life.
This condominium is part of a beautiful six unit garden courtyard complex which will surprise you with its comfort and convenience. Covered by huge pepper trees, this home never escapes the sense of being surrounded by gardens and being a part of a community.
The studio is on the third level and provides exclusive use of a covered roof deck from which you can see all the beautiful domes, towers and spires of the beautiful churches of San Miguel, with the mountains in the distance. Inside, there is a full bathroom with a step-down tub and tile-covered walls. The kitchen is fully equipped. Attached to the main room is a glass-enclosed sunroom which extends the length of the studio.
Although San Miguel is a city of hills, walking from here to the central part of town is flat and easy. It is 5-10 minutes to the Farmers'and Artisans' Market and the central plaza, the Jardin, is another 5-10 minutes.
With all these features at very reasonable rates, this condo is an exceptional value. To quote a recent guest, "The top floor unit with private roof deck was absolutely ideal for us. Everything we could have hoped for was there for our enjoyment and the unit was very comfortably furnished. Certainly, we felt we had found one of the great bargains of SMA."
