Great little condo for a couple or small family. Living area with pull out sleeper sofa, dining table and breakfast bar. Living area has TV and DVD player. Full Kitchen with full size appliances and totally stocked to cook meals in. Full bath adjacent from kitchen in hallway. Bedroom with queen size bed, laundry room, TV, plenty of closet space and dressors. Patio off of the bedroom with sitting and just a few steps away from the pool and landscaped courtyard. Very easy access in and out of unit. Parking spot right next to back door. This condo complex is private and uncrowded.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs are provided for you. Plenty of nice linens, pillows and extra ones if you need them.
Two other units are available at the same complex if you are traveling with friends or family. Sandprints Unit E-10 is right above this unit and sleeps up to 8. Sandprints Unit C-2 is across the courtyard and sleeps up to 6.
One short Walking block is the public beach offering beach set-ups, clean restrooms and showers. Adjacent is the famous Pompano Joe Restaurant and Tiki Bar Grill. Public parking if you wish to drive. Close enough to also walk or ride a bike.
Payment Methods Accepted: Personal Check, Cashier's check, Money Order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 30 days prior to arrival and forfeit $50 of your damage deposit. Cancel less than 30 days or arrival and forfeit $200 damage deposit. Cancel less than 7 days of arrival and rent will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the unit. Full refund if reservation has to be canceled due to a hurricane.
