Why the Owner Chose Seaside at Anastasia

We bought our condo in St. Augustine because there seemed to be so much for all ages to do here. We have owned our home for 5 years and we still haven't done everything St. Augustine has to offer. We can definitely see ourselves growing old here. I don't think we will ever get tired of it.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

We love the location of our condo. Because we are the northern most condo on Anastasia Island, we are only 4 miles from the Bridge of Lions. We feel close enough to just jump in the car and go down town for and hour or two. It doesn't feel like you have to make a "trip" downtown. And if we decide to stay at the beach, we are in the center of all the action, great restaurants we can walk to, free concerts, farmers market, beach volleyball tournaments, splash park, play ground...all at our finger tips.

Owner's Map of Seaside at Anastasia

Joe and I are from Ohio and have two young boys and a daughter in College at Ohio University. Our boys have now grown up going to St. Augustine and it has become our second home. We all have our favorite places to go, restaurants to eat at, and thing to do each time we go. We seem to spend our days at the beach, and our nights down town walking St. George Street and of course getting something to eat, always followed by ice cream or chocolate for dessert.

    • Had an amazing stay at the condo June 16 thru June 23, 2007. Location was great. Loved the easy walk to the pool. Kids greatly enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio. Walk to ocean was easy enough. Close to lots of attractions. Had the choice to do everything or nothing at all on any given day. Also found a fun par 3 golf course about 20 min up US 1 in Palm Valley. Condo decor makes you want to move in. Definitely agree that this could be an amazing place to retire. Had excellent dining experiences at Panama Hattie's & Gypsy Cab Co. Tons of fun places to eat in Old St Aug, too. Thanks for opening your lovely home to us. It was definitely a memorable vacation.

    • We returned yesterday, July 31, 04, from a lovley week in your impeccable and homey condo! Being so close to the beach was great- and the pool was just wonderful. We were so pleased with all the special touches you included- Disney movies, beach stroller, sand toys, DVD and VCR, and the very best couches ever! We had plenty of room and felt very at home. We are so looking forward to returning. Thank you so much for making our vacation great. :)

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us! What a wonderful time we had in your condo - the thought you have put toward making it homey and welcoming is quite apparent. I am quite certain future vacations will find us staying here. Despite the daily thunderstorms forecasted, the weather has been nearly flawless. Downtown St. Augustine is quite fun and you were right when you said it would take more than a week to acually do everything - we are already planning our next trip. Having met my parents, who are from georgia here, it is lovely to have such a haven to meet us. Thanks Again Patrick, Cassie and Briggs McGill

Your condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the comforts of home. We loved the couches especially! The pool was great for our baby, he loved it! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a very relaxing time with all our family here and in one other room for a long weekend. We had a great visit together. Thanks for letting us use your place! Lisa Hawthorne

I was a little scepticle about going to a new place. My daughter Denise took care of all the arrangements over the phone. When I walked in the door I was shocked as I'm into country french furniture. It's so comfortable and felt like home. We loved the couches, a very good choice. The whole condo was the nicest I've been in. We plan on returning again. Hopefully to this condo!

We thouroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the condo. The kids were thrilled to see the collection of videos and went right to work when we arrived, selecting which ones they would watch that evening. Mom relished a relaxing bath while Dad found his Nascar race on TV - all the comforts of home! We are all Native Floridians and made this particular trip to see the historical sights that our fourth grade daughter learned about during her Florida history lessons. Thanks for a great time! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The decor is impeccable. All of the durnishings were so comfortable and inviting. We had a wonderful time during our "Folden Girls" weekend, the only problem was that it didn't last longer!! We are already planning another trip in the future and would love the opportunity to stay here again. Kind Regards, Stephanie, Becky, Judy & Deb.

When vacationing, there are several thins one looks for in the perfect vacation spot. I must say I was a bit hessitant about this trip - not being on the beach, most importantly importantly "clean" and "confort". I loved the fact that when I stepped through the door, I felt if I was close to home. The place is so inviting, clean and most comfortable. Yes! I must say you have a great decorating sense. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. I must add the front bedroom with the framed beach scene not to mention the accent pillows was one of my favorite pieces. Oh! we enjoyed the over stuffed sofa and loveseat too. Again, I can't say enough about the "home-y" atmosphere. St.Augustine is a wonderful place to be. We have always enjoyed visiting each summer. The beach, to the old historical downtown - the view at the harbor - to dining out. It is most enjoyable and a "must" to visit! We agree that this area would be a wonderful place for retirement, waking up to a relaxing walk on the beach and watching the sun rise. Again we thank you for allowing us to stay in your most inviting condo. Starr Noel Asher
