  What at time we had in South Mission. Dover Court was beautiful and the condo was fantastic. We had no trouble relaxing on the patio or courtyard with all of our meals. The owners have all the needed items to make your beach vacation simple...the towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards make it easy for any family to have a blast. The beach was not crowded, but close enough to Belmont, stores and shopping if you want more activity. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to have fun and at the same time relax on the beach.

  8/11/11 Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know we had a wonderful time in San Diego and staying at your condo was perfect. With three active kids and our "on-the-go family" family the spaciousness, comfort and warm atmosphere of your condo was perfect. We could go out for the day to a nearby attraction or just stay "home" and have an equally fun adventure. Having the ability to borrow your chairs, towels and body surf boards was a major plus. Not only did we not have to pack them, but it was so easy just to carry them right out the door and walk to the beach. You were so right when you said your location was close enough but just far enough away from the center of the Mission Beach "main action". This provided us with the convenience of easy access yet a feeling of being in a more family centered environment. The great closet space, washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen with plates, platters and cookware allowed us to go shopping once and have many great meals at home, on your veranda, downstairs on the front patio or picnics at the beach. So happy we met and it turned into such a wonderful opportunity for a perfect summer getaway. Thank you,

  I just wanted to check in with you as we’re near the end of our stay here at 731 Dover Court! My daughter and I have had the vacation of a lifetime! A few years ago, we rented a condo just on the other side of the amusement park directly on Mission Beach. It was amazing, and the view was spectacular, but we were really stuck with only what we brought with us. Of course there were plates, utensils, and detergent for the washing machine, but still the condo seemed to lack something. After staying at your place this week, I realized what the other place was missing...all the warmth and comforts of a lived in home!!! I would give up the view of looking out the window and seeing the ocean in a second for the comfort we have enjoyed in your home.
