  This has been a wonderful family getaway! The views are stunning and the condo feels like home. Our friend- the goose, was a great conversation piece. We made some great memories here and are looking forward to next year!

  We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy our condo on Tablerock Lake. We emphasize to our guests that if there is “any” problems upon checkin to simply call or email and we will remedy the concern immediately. Since we didn’t hear from you until this posting, we presume that there are other issues you are dealing with. With respect to the cleanliness, we take pride in our cleaning service and we would have dispatched the cleaning company about the bathroom floor or sheets immediately. Unfortunately, we just completed a blacktop of the parking lot and if guests do not wear shoes that tend to get the bathtubs dirtier than normal. Sorry. You simply should have called. There is a statement in the rental contract stating quite clearly that if there is ANY problems to call us and we will be happy to fix it immediately. In this particular case, though you felt it important to post on this website, you didn’t let us know so we couldn’t take care of a problem that we were never informed of. In terms of your disappointment with our décor, the pictures of the condo that are posted show the lake decor VERY clearly, along with a picture of the mounted speckled belly goose. We love our condo décor and to date you are the only guest with such a complaint. Please give us another chance next summer and we will make it up to you. Thank you for staying with us.

  Disappointed in the condo overall. It is greatly in need of updating, 1980 era furniture with plastic outdoor tables in bedrooms. Extremely mismatched, cluttered decor. The hunting lodge, victorian,southwestern,lakeside with country thrown in the mix and a dead duck mounted just inside the door to greet guests! The bed linens and stained, discolored towels needed replacing. The tile in the master bath shower looks dirty & mildew. We assume it was as clean as it gets.

  My wife and I and four kids stayed here during one of the hottest weeks in July of 2011. This unit is in good condition has plenty of space. The three full bathrooms were great at the end of a boating day to get everybody showered up and ready for dinner; with the 80 gallon water heater, we never ran out of hot water. As the owners describe, this unit has a nice view of the cove. We kept our boat at What's Up Dock, which is about ten minutes away and is a nice marina. Harter House is only about six minutes away (and on the way to the marina). The owners were good to deal with also.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  What a peaceful retreat! We played until we were exhausted each day and relaxed on the porch every evening. The lake was fun and adventurous and beautiful. We watched the sun rise and set each day also-terrific view! Thank you for accommodating us!

  My husband and I brought our 2 daughters , a niece, our son, and his friend and had a great time here! The kids loved that they had their own bathrooms.We LOVE your condo! What a great location- so much to do! We went out on a pontoon boat , hung out at the big pool (there is also a smaller pool on site), went tubing off a ski boat we rented, went to Silver Dollar City, hung out at the strip (Wax Museum) and went to Branson Landing. It was great to have Harters grocery store so close and the activity center was great for ping pon and air hockey. We loved the goose and named him "Fred", we also used the dry erase board every day...You have thought of EVERYTHING in this unit! Our only request for next time would be an ice cream scooper! Thanks for a great vacation!

  Thanks so much for the use of your condo! We come down every year to celebrate what how now turned into "cousins weekend". We have friends who own a condo in building 12 and are here quite a bit. Thank you so much for sharing your place. It is really nice and we enjoyed being so comfortable. We hope to be able to get your condo every year now!

  We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We boated,fished,swam, and played games in the activity center. It was a nice family time for us and I hope we can come again!
