Beach Pine Bungalow is a grand family retreat situated in the soaring pines and located in the Sugarloaf area, just 7 to 10 minutes to all the attractions of Big Bear Lake. This 2-story home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a delightful décor that is newer, fresh and light with a soothing beach-like mood. The spacious full kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, abundance of counter space plus a huge dining table for 8 people plus some additional bar seating at the counter for more. A family room with couches and ½ bath powder room adjoins the dining area with a large back deck with table and chairs along with a charcoal BBQ is off the family room. The warm and relaxing living room is spacious with a warming gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, folding table plus Hi-definition TV/Blue Ray DVD/wireless internet and stereo. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bath on hand in the hallway. The master bedroom is gigantic with a king size bed and Hi-definition TV/combo DVD/VCR and a charming sitting area with relaxed chairs for enjoying this master suite. A private full bath is also located in this room for your use in this master suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and small TV/DVD and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (4 twins) and is just perfect for the kids. For your convenience a stack laundry is on hand off the kitchen area and you have use of the two-car attached garage for your stay. There are plenty of enjoyable things to do at this adorable bungalow, whether it’s just kicking back at the house or to just up the street to the National Forest, whichever allows taking in the lofty tall pine trees to an especially calm and serene mountain experience on your journey to Big Bear.
