Bryan's Lakefront Retreat is a two story lakefront with tranquil cove and beautiful lake views with comfortable furnishings and pleasant décor. The property sits just steps from the sparkling waters of Big Bear Lake which leads to the private extra large boat dock. This two story property has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths, with a newly remodel kitchen including new stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, ¼ bath, laundry and a great dining table for 6 plus additional chairs for more seating. The comfortable nicely furnished and decorated living room has leather furniture, wood burning fireplace, new flat high definition TV/DVD, DSL wireless internet connection, a lakefront wrap around decking/patio area with a picnic table, charcoal BBQ which leads down to the green grassy manicured lawn to your own private boat dock. There is a fun packed media room off the living room with a 2nd wood burning fireplace, sitting area, new flat high definition TV/DVD, games and views of the lake from the windows. The first bedroom on the first level has a full size bed, twin bed, TV/DVD and a ¾ bath (no tub) and access out to the side of the cabin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the second floor with a full bath in the hallway. The second bedroom has a full bed and 4 twin size beds with foosball table. The third bedroom has a full size bed and 4 twin size beds. These bedrooms upstairs also allow the awesome lake views to be seen. This location is just right all year round, just minutes to the Village, Snow Summit or Bear Mountain Ski Resorts. Pack up the family, the boat and get your fishing pole! No pets or smoking allowed. 2400 sq ft.
