No shoes, no shirt, no problem! “Las Ventanas at Red Snapper B” is a 2 bedroom/1 full bathroom downstairs luxury unit located just a short walk from the serene and gorgeous sandy beaches of the Gulf. The duplex is tastefully decorated with modern interiors and boasts all the amenities you would expect including a stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, complete with utensils & cookware, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Open the french doors to unveil a large covered patio and swimming pool area equipped with a dining table and lounge chairs located in the enclosed backyard that is shared by the upstairs unit.
After a day of fun in the sun, the unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. The second bedroom has a full/twin size bed with closet space. There is one large bathroom with access from the master bedroom and hallway. Additionally, the sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed.
If you’d like to take a break from cooking or just want a fun hang-out, there are several local pubs and eateries within walking distance including Boomerang Billy's Beach Bar and Grill and Amberjacks.
For your convenience, the Blue Marlin grocery store is just around the corner and is well stocked for your grocery and any other provisional needs. Getting around is easy with “The Wave”, SPI’s free shuttle service.
We kindly request no pets, no college spring breakers, and absolutely no smoking in the condo.

Las Ventanas is a great place to stay for anyone! This well kept home and property is conveniently located close to the beach and right behind a grocery store. It also has a pool and charcoal grills. The house comfortably sleeps 14 and if you stay here you will not be disappointed. Luis is an awesome renter and it was a pleasure working with him!Owner response: Thanks for the great review. Went with my wife and two teens to south padre island, Texas during spring break. Wanted a small place to stay near the beach and walking distance to most attractions. The rooms, kitchen, and living room was small but good enough for my family. The pool area is fine but the hot tub was not operating. It's a duplex area downstairs. Good stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really clean and comfortable,and in a quiet and friendly area. We would totally come back:). Just wished the Jacuzzi had hotter water.Owner response: The duplex is centrally located on the Island and close to everything including the beach. Our cleaning crew does a great job to keep the unit clean and well maintained. The pool is not heated so the Jacuzzi is not available. Thanks for the great review and we look forward to hearing from you again.

Our family is from the Valley so it was only natural for us to purchase a place of our own in South Padre Island.
Las Ventanas is our home away from home. My family enjoys coming to the Island to relax and have a good time. When we can't make it to the Duplex, we love renting it out to people who also want to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer.
