The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This 4 bedroom home may be ideal for 2 families as it features 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.The house features 2 sitting areas one of which is more formal next to the dining area; the other is in the family room which is situated around the main TV.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. The house also has a separate laundry area and is fully air conditioned throughout.Outside you will find your own pool with sun deck. The patio is fully furnished and offers an ideal place to enjoy your evening meal or take a dip. The pool can be heated if you desire.A comfortable home offering an ideal base for exploring all that the area has to offer.
