  A wonderful, clean beachfront property. My family enjoyed our stay. The location is great and close to Sunset Park. The house had all of the amenities you would need for a beach vacation.

  We stayed at this property July 2012.The views from the upstairs unit are lovely. Afternoons and evenings on the deck made us feel like we were 'truly away from it all.' It was great to have the beach 'right there.' The home is very clean, well maintained and well appointed. We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen (every possible pot, pan, serving dish, etc.!) as we (really my husband!) enjoys cooking. The owner even provided a lovely gift basket for when our family arrived -- how thoughtful! We recommend this property to anyone looking for a real get-away.

  Dear Epifano's, Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home again this year. We loved the gift basket that you left. It was very thoughtful of you and made us feel so welcome when we arrived! We especially enjoy drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and looking at the water.   Everything was clean and bright and nice, as pictured. View from living room and deck was beautiful. Bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen had everything you would need. Only thing that could use some work would be the outside shower. Worked fine, but it either needed a light bulb or some of the top wall cut down to allow sunlight in.

We will look into running electricity to the outside shower for light. -Have thought about cutting out a window for light but because it's on the ground floor we were afraid that neighbors would get a PG13 view from their upper deck ;)

  Our family had a great time for the second year in a row at this tastefully furnished beach front duplex home. This home is arranged in a strategic configuration which keeps the upper and lower floor tenants out of each others way with separate entrances, outside showers, parking areas, and grill areas. The bedrooms are comfortable and have beautiful ocean views. The galley style kitchen has all the necessary amenities. It's a little outdated and tight for cooking but is still functional. The large deck affords a great area for enjoying dinner with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and you are just a few steps from the beach. The location is great since Sunset Park with its tennis courts, fishing/crabbing dock, and playground is diagonally across the street, the many stores and restaurants of Ship Bottom and Surf City are a short drive away, and you can bicycle up towards the north end of the island. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with cable and wireless internet access and a TV in one of the bedrooms. There are several beach chairs supplied and four beach badges. I would recommend this rental to small families with children.

We like to think of the kitchen as 'retro' with it's original mahogany cabinets (which I hand stripped and refinished when we bought the house) We wanted to maintain a certain beachy look to the house. Appliances are all less than 5 years old but understand that the cabinets give it a 'dated' look. Galley kitchen is a little tight but think it's a good tradeoff to the living room and dining room having the great view of the ocean :) Hope to have you back again next year!

  The trip down to Long Beach Island was wonderful. We rented both floors because our extended family joined us. The views and sounds of the ocean are amazing. The house was cleaned and ready to go when we got there. Being so close to the ocean, the bay and the park allowed our family from ages 7 to 70 to enjoy each day fully. Thanks Pam!

  We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We did not want to leave. The house is very clean and furnished very nicely. The deck is a very nice size. I loved being so close to the ocean. The owner, Pam, is great. We called her with one small issue and it was rectified very quickly. We highly recommend the house and would use it again.
