The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.This lovely 4 bedroom home offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as an additional 2 family bathrooms. The home has been furnished very comfortably and has a sitting room situated around the main TV as well as a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers all of todays needs such as a dishwasher,large fridge and full size cooker and for your convienience there is a laundry room.Outside you will find your pool and furnished sun deck. The pool faces on to the golf course affording stunning views and offering a great deal of privacy.The deck receives the sun for most of the day, making it a sun lovers haven and you will be sure to look forward to taking a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day at a theme park. This home will offer a relaxing holiday whilst still being close enough to all the action.
