Southern Dunes is an established and peaceful community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. There is an active residents association focused on maintaining and improving the community. The roads are pretty quiet so its safe to walk or jog around. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This comfortable, 3 bedroom family home has everything you need for your family vacation. The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom, and the villa has an additional family bathroom. There is a comfortable lounge area situated around the main TV, and a dining area if you choose to eat in. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of todays needs, such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. Outside, you will find your heatable pool situated on a sunny deck which is furnished. The pool faces on to the golf course, affording stunning views, whilst also being very peaceful. So if you're looking for a great base whilst you explore Florida with that home from home feel, then this is the one.
