WE ARE CURRENTLY BOOKING Fall and winter,LOOKING FOR A WINTER GETAWAY, WE WANT TO RENT YOU OUR UNIT, ISN'T IT TIME TO get away to Panama City Beach. Prestigious,beachfront, Long Beach address... This one-bedroom ninth floor condominium decorated to match the mesmerizing emerald blue sea, has Gulf-front living room, dining room, and bedroom. We replaced the heating and air conditioning in August 2009, and have also just installed new washer and dryer during September 2009. The sunsets are awesome from the 40 foot long balcony overlooking the ocean. The inside is done in Italian tile.

Three heated Polynesian pools, whirlpool spa, all weather tennis courts, and poolside dining. Walk in the front door and you are in your own private place away from the pace of Panama City Beach. Close to Pineapple Willies, Pompanos Restaurant, and across the street from Walmart for your food and beach needs.

  • Stayed in this condo Labor Day Weekend 2009. Condo is very confortable and clean. We enjoyed the large balcony and great view. This condo is an excellent place to stay.

  • I don't know what was the best thing about this condo---there are so many! Watching the moon dance on the ocean from my bed has to be one of my favorites! Very quiet--no street noise at all. Bed was more comfortable than my own! Bath tub is like a small pool(no diving board!). Insanely huge balcony! Hangout Club at the pool(which is awesome, too) has great food and drinks. Has to be one of the best places I have stayed in. Owner really nice and prices cannot be beat (believe me, I searched them all, don't waste your time, take this one)!

  • We enjoyed our stay in PCB at the Long Beach Resort-Tower 1. The unit had everything we could need during our stay. It was right on the beach with ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. The owner was wonderful to deal with. All we had to do was bring our bathing suits and shopping money!

  • This is a beautiful condo.....the balcony looks out over the Gulf with no pool to block your view. The furniture is very nice. The bed is very comfortable in the master bedroom and the condo has all of the amenities needed. The condo has three pools with plenty of chairs! The owner was very easy to deal with and we will definitely be going back!
