This spacious PET-FRIENDLY home is located a short half block from the beach and has been completely renovated including all new furnishings! Perfect for multiple families! Features include wood floors and ceiling fans throughout, two living rooms with large flat screens, a full kitchen up with granite and stainless appliances and a small kitchen down with granite and a stainless dishwasher and oven. There is a large sunroom with moveable windows upstairs and a finished and covered patio downstairs with an adjacent beach shower. Formal dining upstairs for 8 plus additional seating for 6 at table off kitchen area. Five TV's total, one in each living room, both masters and one of the kids rooms.
Main floor:
Living Areas: We have a two living rooms with a large flat-screen television and plenty of comfy seating. This floor, also, boasts the beautiful sunroom that has tons of natural light and seating.
Dining Areas: Off the first living room is a separate formal dining room with seating for six and French doors that open up onto the sundeck. Next to the sunroom, there is an additional dining area that seats eight.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is large and fully-equipped for some good down-home cooking. With new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, you'll impress a chef of any level. And leave the dishes to the dishwasher.
Master bedroom: This room has a King size bed and a full private bathroom. It, also, offers private access to the sundeck.
Bedroom 2: This cute bedroom has a Queen size bed and share a half bathroom with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: This room has colorful bunk-beds perfect for the kids!
Ground Floor:
This floor offers a private entrance and has all of the amenities of the top floor. The living area has a couch and two chairs and a large flat-screen television. It has a mini version of the upstairs kitchen, still with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The dining area offer a round table and chairs for four.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a King size bed and is very classically decorated. It has its own flat-screen TV and shares a
full bathroom with bedrooms 5 and 6.
Bedroom 5: This bedroom has a Queen size bed and lavender decor.
Bedroom 6: This room has bunk beds with classically delightful whale print sheets.
Extras: Pet friendly, washer/dryer, internet, linens included, cover downstairs patio, fenced yard, sundeck with table and chairs.
