Magnificently decorated by a professional designer our condo is single level, 2,300 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths located in the famous Sandpiper Condominium development. As an architectural landmark, the Sandpiper Condominiums take you back to the late 50's and 1960's mid century styling. Improvements include all new furnishings, appliances, carpet, paint and wall decorations, and updated bathrooms. The gas fireplace was beautifully redone in granite. Vaulted ceilings in the combined living/dining room and poolside guest room, give you over 40 feet of view into the beautiful pool and green common area. Every room has outdoor views and access.
Enjoy your favorite TV program, sporting event or movie on the living room's 55' LCD HD TV, complete with a Bose stereo system, while enjoying the ambience of the beautiful granite fireplace. The entertainment center is equipped with a Blu Ray DVD/CD player and iPod connection for great movie or music sound.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 46' LCD HD TV and Blu Ray DVD/CD player. The kitchen has a 22' LCD TV so you can keep up on the latest cooking shows. A library of DVD movies are available for your entertainment.
The master bedroom, with a Cal King bed, is located in a separate wing from the other two bedrooms. Sit and read or watch TV in the Master bedroom in a luxurious two person chaise lounge. Let the wall mounted electric fireplace lull you into a relaxed state of mind. The large master bathroom has vanity area with seating, large mirrors, dual sinks and a separate shower/toilet room. A large walk in closet is right off the bathroom. Storage space abounds!
Separated by the living room, each side of the home is afforded privacy. The Master bedroom and kitchen are on one side and the 2 guest rooms are on the other. One guest room has a view of the pool and east patio access with a Cal King bed and adjoins the shared bath. Just down the hall, past the laundry room, is another guest room with a queen bed and access to the lanai. Dual air conditioning/Heating systems provide the ability to adjust temperatures to everyone’s desired comfort.
The east facing poolside patio is a wonderful place to sit in the morning sun and enjoy your coffee. Running the length of the home, the patio provides beautiful views of the pool, green areas and mountains. Large, comfortable seating provides a lovely spot to enjoy your breakfast or your evening cocktail surrounded by the illuminated palm trees.
The condo is furnished throughout with comfortable beds and linens. The well appointed kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances, chef's knives, etc. to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The lanai affords a private place to enjoy outdoor entertaining including your own BBQ. The comfortable outdoor dining area has mountain views and seats 6 plus additional conversational seating to add to the ambience. The entry way, master bedroom, guest room and the living room surround the lanai giving the entire home an open, airy feel.
Relax and enjoy everything the desert has to offer! Our beautiful weather is legendary. Our location can’t be beat. We’re located on the famous El Paseo, known as the Rodeo Drive of the desert. We are walking distance to 5 star restaurants, shopping at boutiques or the mall, groceries, Starbucks, Target, pizza and more. Our Palm Desert home beckons you to escape, relax and renew. Sit by the pool and read a book, cross the street and go for a hike or play tennis, or stroll the Paseo, there is something for everyone.

Perfect location if you just want to relax, we had our car but never moved it at all. You can walk to everything. It was nice to have the morning sun on the patio and then have the shade later in the day as it was record heat. The courtyard dinning area is a great place to dine. You are outside but completely protected and private really enjoyed the private BBQ so we did not need to go down to the public one by the pool. We did not want for anything. We will be back!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We loved this wonderful home. The owners are so kind and considerate. Everything is a "WOW". The furnishings are all new and amazing. The kitchen is ready with anything you might need.A real feeling of privacy, but with the best views....pool in one direction and mountains in the other. The location is perfect. We walked to restaurants, shopping, hiking. We can't wait to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
