  The location is perfect to go to the beaches along the Pacific Coast, to Temecula wine country, and Balboa Park. The golf course is beautiful and the restaurant on the property serves an amazing breakfast. The owner is really a wonderful person and has a lovely property for your stay. Our family had a wedding in Temecula with a reception in Fallbrook. We elected to stay at this condo. The family stayed either at South Coast Vineyard or Holiday Inn, both of which were overpriced or less than the condo by a smidge, but not nearly as nice so that bit was not at all worth it and would have been wasted on gasoline getting to and from destinations. This condo is so much better because it is cleaner with less turn over of random guests from all over the place. Therefore, the are no worries about bedbugs, molds, roaches or such things. Since this condo is a home to the owner, it is kept 100% pest free and very clean. Also, we didn't have to be bothered by rude hotel guests, cigarette smoke lingering at the entrance, staff cleaning while moving your belongings when you are out and about, or being cramped into a suite which is no more than 1.25 rooms and a bathroom. That is not as sweet as this condo was to us. The condo has a new shower in the master bathroom. After a horrific long flight, it was fantastic. The bed has a memory foam mattress and we loved it so much that I am actually buying one and swapping out my waterbed which is a high quality motionless mattress. I never thought I'd have a more comfy sleep, but we both did, and now I am swapping out. The patio is adorable and even has a grill. You can park in the garage, but we just used the driveway. The kitchen is beautiful, functional, and modern. There is a small dining area that is sufficient for six people easily. We never ate in as we were so busy. One night, from the restaurant on site, we did order a delicious pizza with just tomatoes. There is a second bathroom with twin beds and bathroom that are adorable. It is nice to have individual bathrooms for male and female guests to have privacy and space to get ready even if staying as a couple. This condo could be used nicely for a vacation with children to make it more pleasant, but just bring your own means of media since neither bedroom a tv. Better yet, bring a few books. There is a tv in the living room with many channels.The cost savings of healthy cooking in a kitchen will more than offset the smidge difference, if there is one.

  We stayed here for a month while searching for a home to buy in Fallbrook. We were grateful to have all the amenities that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was roomy enough to accommodate our cooking meals with 2 of us in the kitchen. Enjoyed the outdoor patio with a quiet place to sit in the evening barbecuing dinner while enjoying the golf course view. Thank you for sharing your condo unit, we would certainly recommend it for short or long term use!

  What a wonderful experience! This home couldn't have been nicer - the furnishings were luxurious and immaculate. There was a welcoming treat for us in the kitchen - delicious snacks and coffee. We had an excellent view of the golf course and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings while walking our dog. The owner also couldn't have been nicer and made our late arrival easy and worry-free. I would recommend this listing to all my friends and relatives. There aren't enough pictures on the website to completely describe the beauty of the home. Fallbrook was perfect for all our activities - from San Diego to Temecula. Highly recommended!

  This golf course condo is a delight . . . roomy, tastefully decorated and comfortable,. It is located in a quiet residential area, very little traffic. Although the freeway is quickly accessed, I couldn't hear any traffic noise, which is a plus. Loved the kitchen, big enough for a couple of cooks to work in. Everything we needed to prepare meals, lots of cooking utensils, dishes and wine glasses! On our first evening, we decided to eat out and Kathe's sister, Laura, who is the condo manager, recommended a local restaurant, Brothers Bistro, in Fallbrook . . . good food, great service. The Fallbrook weather surprised us. Since it is inland, I thought it would be really hot and that we'd need to use the a/c, which I prefer not to use, if possible. Surprisingly, it was in the 80s most of the time and there was a nice breeze that kept the condo at a pleasant temperature. Can't think of any negatives to report. We were there for four nights, long enough to discover any glitches, but none surfaced. Kathe, the owner, is very accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.
