This 4 BR house is approximately a mile from the beautiful Craigville Beach, which is one of the most famous beaches in all of Cape Cod with its gorgeous warm water, and huge surrounding. If you’re not in the mood for the beach, or the weather is just not right, feel free to go shopping at the famous Cape Cod mall located close to the house, or go out to eat at many of the restaurants surrounding Hyannis. People from all over Cape Cod come here to go out at night. It’s a Cape style house with a completely renovated bathroom and kitchen. There is a traditional home-style kitchen equipped with all the necessities, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker etc. Features an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, or if you just want to take a quick shower. Also features a large fenced yard, covered open porch, gas grill, a lot of space for parking, washer and dryer

I just came back from a week long stay at this gorgeous and cozy property in Hyannis. This house had A+ amenities and comfort. It was clean, cozy and had everything I needed right there. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves comfort, cleanliness and needs to feel right at home. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and everything you need is within minutes from this property. We will definitely be returning here, it felt like home away from home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Wow! What a wonderful week at the Cape. The house had all the amenties you could ask for! Clean,roomy and a great back porch and back yard. The outdoor shower was incredible! Nice to have your own driveway to park in also. Beautiful,safe, residential neighborhood. Five minutes to the beach and Main st Hyannis. Owner met us the first day and was extremely nice, also gave us contact numbers in case we needed anything. Thanks Dema! I would highly reccomend this property for anyone looking for a great value at Cape Cod. We will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
