This spacious 2 bedroom vacation townhouse is tastefully furnished to your every need, and is located in the heart of one of the city’s most sought after, historic and exclusive neighborhoods - Little Tuscany.
It is a perfect vacation home for a family or for a couple wanting extra space for the price of a one-bedroom or ideal for 2 couples.
This bright and updated home, over 1000 sq. feet, has a fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, TVs, sound system, plenty of bedding and towels, and a 15' x 22' private Outdoor Patio with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the mountain views. This fabulous private space is perfect for meals or taking in the sun and a glass of wine at the end of the day. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with vanity area plus sink, adjoining the bathroom. There is a downstairs half bathroom and also laundry facilities with an iron and board.
There is seating for 6 in a formal dining area, or you can relax on the patio.
A garage offers you secured parking, with plenty of visitor parking too.
There is everything you need for a fabulous desert getaway, be it a week, a month or a season.
The Casa de Oro complex has 2 pools, one heated so you can enjoy swimming 365 days of the year. There are also 2 tennis courts and a practice court. Our family of four (with teenage children) recently returned from our stay at this property and were very pleased with the property and location. This was our first visit to Palm Springs and we all had a wonderful time. Lots of hiking near by, which in December was a perfect activity as the temperature was not too hot. Afternoons were spent in the sunshine around the pool or in the hot tub, Great combination for any Thursday night is The Palm Springs Art Museum followed by walking through Villagefest on Palm Canyon Drive. The Art Museum is free on Thursdays between 4 and 8pm, and the Villagefest is a wonderful mix of farmers market, arts, crafts, music and entertainment. The VRBO description was very accurate and the unit is very clean and had all the amenities we required for our stay. An added bonus is the view of the mountains from the condo! Trina the owner is very friendly and helpful, quick to reply and very accommodating. We would recommend this townhouse as a great place to stay for families and hope to get back to it on our next visit to Palm Springs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

When we first got there we had a minor problem with the locks, her response was immediate and the problem was solved. The unit is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities one could ask for. There was also a very informative folder with brochures from several local attractions. The location was perfect, just north of the main business district with its many restaurants and galleries. The pools, one is heated, and tennis court were clean. The place is very quiet. Would recommend this condo without reservation.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for a month. We loved the location. Its a great place for people who love to get out and walk in the neighborhood. It is even close enough to walk downtown. The single garage is perfect for one car and being located near some major streets, it was easy to drive anywhere in the valley with out getting stressed or lost. The kitchen had everything we were looking for. The laundry washer and dryer were very handy and a 1/2 bath on the main level was nice. The patio was comfortable and secure and the pool was close by and the perfect temperature for daily use. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition. There are some great restaurants (Rick's and Billy Reed's) within easy walking distance and plenty of golf courses within a reasonable distance. It is located close to the airport and there are grocery stores within a few blocks. Palm Springs is a beautiful place and it is a treat to walk through the streets of the area and go by some of the celebrity homes. We will try to stay at this property again on our next trip to the area.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We had a great time at the townhouse. Not only is the description accurate, but there is far more not mentioned. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped and it may take you several days to realise just how many different gadgets and utensils are available! There's plenty of space for a couple and there's no reason for a small family not to feel comfortable. On arrival we found the property to be in excellent condition. There's parking space outside though it is an open roadway and on a corner. However, the townhouse comes with a good sized garage no more than 20 yards round the corner of the building. The general area was very quiet throughout our stay, although the properties are generally occupied, which isn't always the case in Palm Springs. The townhouse is very well situated close to the northern edge of Palm Springs and very handy for the I10, but is also close to the city's main roadways, without them creating any sort of noise nuisance. This also means that you can get to local Supermarkets, with Albertsons, Staters and Ralphs all within easy distance. Similarly the main Palm Springs attractions; the tramway, art museum and air museum are all easily and quickly reached. Palm Desert, Indian Wells and the rest of the Coachella Valley townships are easily reached within 30 mins as are the shops at the Cabazon Outlet malls. However, you don't HAVE to get in the car to see sights as former properties of Manilow, Presley, Monroe and many more are all within easy walking distance, and can make for an interesting star and stare afternoon if it interests you. Personally, as a jogger, I developed a whole series of "Running with the Stars" routes! Add to that the extremely well tended garden areas with tennis courts and two swimming pools, and you're well away! Well we were anyway. With the well stocked kitchen we were happy to self cater so can't recommend restaurants. Equally, neither of us are golfers, but if you are there are plenty of courses in the area though not in the immediate vicinity. All in all, the townhouse is very good value and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family, friends and acquaintances.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I came up to stay for the weekend as it was my birthday (27!). My boyfriend and I came up with another couple. It was such a lovely place. The pool was quiet and secluded with a great view of the mountains! The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the private patio was so nice to just sit out and enjoy the evening with my friends! Thank you for letting us stay!! It was such a lovely birthday! :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

THANK YOU for allowing us to relax in your home and make memories!!! When my son returned safely to the US from Afghanistan we just wanted to spend time as a family!! My husband, son and I recently returned from our stay at this property and were very pleased with the accomodation. We had a great relaxing vacation. The unit is very clean and had all the amenities we required for our stay. I found the ad to be a very accurate description of the townhouse. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The pools in the complex were very clean and refreshing. I would definately recommend this townhouse as a great place to stay for families. It is very central to all that palm springs has to offer. Short drive to the tram and downtown.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
