Welcome to Chalet Grace, one of Zermatt’s most exquisite Alpine Holiday Chalets. This stunning 5 bedroom luxury chalet has the most incredible views looking out onto Zermatt Town and The World famous Matterhorn. This chic and sumptuous luxury Chalet is built to the highest standard, featuring enormous floor to ceiling windows on all three levels, and a dramatic vaulted interior. South-facing balconies capture the breathtaking scenic views of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains.

The interior of Chalet Grace is absolutely exquisite with plush designer furnishings are a feature throughout. As you enter the stunning sitting room, your eyes will be drawn to the breathtaking view through the enormous windows. This open-plan sitting room features a French stone open fireplace, bar and a raised dining area opens up to a large outside living Terrace with cosy loungers, chairs and tables. This is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining in the warm spring and summer months. The raised dining room leads to the kitchen seats, 14 people.
From the lounge area, guests will discover a well-appointed games room and luxuriously-seated cinema and games room with a pool table. South-facing balconies on many of the stylish and comfortable en suite bedrooms also capture breathtaking scenic views of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains.

Love the Chalet and the View was Amazing

Although the chalet is a little further from town than we were initially looking for, Linda at Exceptional Villas had told me it was worth the extra 5 minutes’ walk. The chalet did not disappoint. Wow wow wow! The views are so stunning and the chalet was just perfect for our group. It was cozy and luxurious with a spa room on the ground floor. We had massages several days during our stay. Zermatt is a wonderful place and having been there in both Winter and Summer the town offers something for everyone in both seasons. I would highly recommend this chalet.

Amazing Staff and one of the nicest places we ever

I booked through Exceptional Villas they are based in Ireland and they really know their stuff. I booked through Linda who recommended we stay in Chalet Grace, she has been to stay here herself and she really was so knowledgeable. We were also put in touch with Julie who was our concierge before we arrive and she was so great and organised the whole trip for us. The chalet itself is a piece of heaven, I loved the decor so much, it was so cosy and had the best view of the Matterhorn especially on a clear day. A real bonus for the adults in our group was the spa room and the kids just loved the games room. I cannot fault this chalet and the staff were amazing too.

Impressed

First things first; you and your team (Julie, Lisa, and Linda) delivered on every aspect of our vacation—I could not have been more impressed or more appreciative. The proximity to the charming town (I’m pleased to say we always walked it both ways) and the endless options for hiking and biking (a big hit with my sons) and sightseeing made every day special. The Chalet itself is, of course, spectacular, but what made the vacation was the extraordinary team you have there. Arriving at the cab station well past midnight to be met by Klodi, and having a delightful meal ready for us when we’re exited the cabs at the Chalet was the tip-off that this was going to be a special week. Frankly, we could not have remotely expected the level of service, professionalism and friendliness that we received every day: Klodi was beyond helpful in all matters large and small; he impressed us every day and is simply a delightful person. He and his entire team operate seamlessly to deliver a level of hospitality that surpasses anything that I have experienced in decades of travel to many wonderful hotel, lodges, and homes. My daughter and daughters-in-law (and wife) initially were convinced that Jude Law was preparing for a new movie role as a chef; but one dinner in, we knew we were in the presence of a professional chef, not an actor. Every meal Alistair created was a special occasion, and my daughter Emma’s birthday dinner/party was as enjoyable an evening as I have ever experienced. Not only did Klodi plan out a dinner on the deck, followed by a fire and large quantities of wine late into the night, but Alistair made a wonderful meal and cake and the team decorated everything — so unexpected and so delightful!
