About the owner: Jim Mackey purchased the villa together with Dennis Hoffman to enjoy as a vacation home and rent as an investment. Jim and Dennis grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY and now live in Massachusetts and New Jersey, respectively, with their wives and children.
Why the Owner Chose Pristine Bay:
There are only seven Beach Villas at Pristine Bay, and only four of those are directly on the beach. Of those four, our unit is the largest and the closest to the beach.
