Gorgeous, newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath direct oceanfront home located on the southern end of town, quiet & residential. Master bedroom with ocean view, king sized bed, hi def TV & mini fridge/sink area. Large glass window enclosed living area with new kitchen, stainless & granite; hi def TV with expansive cable, DVR recording & DVD and lightning speed wireless internet. Very large deck overlooking the ocean with multiple lounging areas, table/chairs, Green Egg grill, & electric grill. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels provided. Other two bedrooms have queen and twin beds; high quality linens throughout. The online calendar is kept up to date, please check availability and rates before inquiring. Email, do not call if possible; I am usually able to respond quickly and can provide more thorough information this way. Please note we normally have a 6 person maximum and 6 night minimum.

Barbara, We had an amazing time! The beach was gorgeous and Jazzy's lobster was amazing, we went twice! Your house was wonderful and we were very sad to leave.

We arrived at Cocoa Sands Cottage on March 29. To our surprise, it was better than the pictures. My husband and I and three daughters, ages 6, 9, and 14 were excited to start our vacation (being from Ohio; we needed some sun and relaxation). The bedrooms were great sizes and the three bathrooms gave us enough room to get ready. We loved the decks and beach the best. The decks were right up against the beach. We listened to the waves as we slept and enjoyed morning tea and coffee watching the waves and of course a nice cocktail in the evenings. The owner, Barbara, was sure to have everything we needed there. From laundry detergent, toilet paper, sunblock, boogie boards, 3 grills, sand toys, beach chairs, etc... I also made a vacation blunder and locked the keys in the laundry room while washing a load of towels; called Barbara and she unlocked it in the early morning while we were asleep. If you needed anything they were sure to make it happen. The location was great also. It is a little beach house tucked in between a condo and another home. The backyard is fenced in and it is quiet. The beach is far enough away from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jons that it was pretty private. It was a short drive to the stores, several restaurants (Coconuts was the family favorite), and bars. It is also a short drive to Cape Canaveral which is where we found our second favorite restaurant (Fishlips) where we had lunch and watched the cruise ships leave. Orlando was only 1 hour away and we were able to take one day and go to Gatorland and Downtown Disney. We had a great time but realized we liked staying at the house, going to the beach (swimming and playing in the sand) even more. In a nutshell: this rental was well worth the money! It was AWESOME and we would certainly rent it again!
