Welcome to a relaxing vacation at the luxuriously appointed Suntastic Villa. Situated in a tranquil and green community backing Highlands Reserve golf course, this very private house is conveniently located 5 min from the golf course and close to Orlando attractions (Disney/ Epcot/ Legoland -20 min, Universal/ Waterparks – 30 min). Also within easy reach are the Cocoa, Daytona and Tampa beaches.
This clean, spacious single storey 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is newly furnished to offer all the convenience and comforts of your own home. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, a breakfast nook, and two family/sitting rooms. There is one king, two queen, one full and two twin size beds to accommodate a big family or even two families travelling together.
Each of the five bedrooms is attractively furnished with comfortable beds and equipped with lighted ceiling fans, LCD flat panel televisions and alarm clocks. Master king-size bedroom offers an ensuite bath (separate garden tub and shower) and private access to the pool deck. Two queen bedrooms share full size bath with large shower, and the full and twin-bed bedrooms share the third full bath with tub/shower. All bedrooms offer ample storage and the house is centrally air-conditioned.
The fully equipped kitchen has cookware/dinnerware, blender, toaster, coffee-maker, and everything you could want to enjoy cooking holiday meals. There is a breakfast nook for those long lazy breakfasts, and a formal dining room for entertaining. Convenient gas grill offers the BBQ option.
The elegant formal sitting area and the additional family room with comfortable seating offer lots of tastefully decorated lounging space and a 51” LCD TV with free Netflix films and a DVD player. Also included are high speed internet with Wi-Fi and home phone with free calling to USA, Puerto Rico and Canada. Both the sitting rooms offer glass patio door access to the spectacular pool and all exits to pool have alarms.
Enjoy an early morning coffee or a late evening glass of wine in the shaded lanai or relax in the sun on the deck of the screened-in, extra-large heated Pool with bubbling Spa! There is lots of seating for everyone from sun loungers to wicker bench and a dining set to enjoy your dinner by the lighted pool. Pool area overlooks a serene view of backyard/conservation area with orange and palm trees. There is direct access from pool area to one of the baths. The house has been fully equipped with all linens and towels needed for your vacation. Other amenities included are washer, dryer, iron/ironing board and hair dryers in each bath.
Within walking distance are the tennis courts, basketball court and children’s play area.

With our family, we chose this villa. It was a very good choice! This 5 bdm home was a little to big for us because one of our family finally didn't come. But, it was so comfortable. Each kid had his own bdr and his own bathroom. And for holidays, we appreciate no fight between them! All was very clean.The kitchen was very spacious, practible and I did a lot of pancakes with pleasure :) We didn't use a lot the pool because the villa is really near Walt Disney World and we were all the time in the parks. The location is perfect: 20 minutes from all the parks and in a very quiet residential area. We appreciate this. A Publix store less than 5 mn is very useful. And in 10 mn, shopping centres and restaurants with the 192. We enjoyed our stay in your home Lynda and Donald. Thanks for all. Our vacation was wonderful. We live in France, and we appreciate beautiful villa like yours. Juste two more words for the readers of this review: rental it!!!!!!! Our family of 8 spent 10 wonderful days at this property. Lynda and Donald were very accommodating and made every effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable and satisfying. This 5 bdrm home was very clean, current in décor and very inviting. Each bedroom had its own flat screen television so no one was without their favourite shows. The kitchen was spacious, practical and it provided us with everything that we needed. The pool was the highlight of our stay as we spent as much time as possible making the most of the sunny, private facility. The location was great as we were able to get away from the busy part of Orlando and resort back to our own quiet home for the afternoons and evenings. (20 minutes from Disney Theme Parks). The drive from the airport took about 40 minutes but felt like much less. Grocery stores, shopping centres, restaurants, as well as other amenities were within a 10 minute drive. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. We plan on returning in the very near future. Thank you once again Lynda and Donald for ensuring that our vacation was everything we expected it to be (and then some)!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
