In Harmony is a luxury, two story, oceanfront vacation home located in Bodden Town, on the south side of Grand Cayman. Newly constructed with high end finishes, In Harmony has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge open floor plan, and an oceanfront infinity pool with expansive deck area. The private master suite comprises the entire upstairs and boasts its own oceanfront balcony and large bathroom with ocean views. There are two queen oceanfront bedrooms downstairs as well as a bunk room that sleeps 4. In Harmony comfortable sleeps 10 in beds and can accommodate 2 more on the queen size sofa bed.
In Harmony is perfect for large family vacations or two families traveling together. Large interior and al fresco dining areas will make for memorable family meals while listening to the sound of waves breaking on the offshore reef and admiring the breathtaking turquoise waters. A BBQ grill is on hand to grill up the day’s fresh catch. No expense has been spared in making this home an oceanfront oasis.
In Harmony is located on a wide stretch of white sand beach with a beautiful offshore reef for snorkeling. We keep our beach raked and clean, allowing for barefoot strolls on the beach and sand play. Water shoes are necessary for entering the water, however, due to the rock formations at the shoreline and sea life on the ocean floor. The beach is constantly changing, so sandy water entry and exposed rock formations are constantly coming and going. The beauty of this area is that you get the benefit of a wide sandy beach coupled with the abundant sea life and wonderful snorkeling that comes with a reef system. Should you wish to swim in calm, soft sandy waters, the pristine shores of Seven Mile Beach are within a 20 minute drive.
In Harmony is located approximately 100 feet from one of our other properties, called Present Moment. Present Moment is also a luxury oceanfront villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sleeps 12 comfortably in beds and allows parties of up to 24 stay virtually next door to each other.
Bodden Town is located on the south side of Grand Cayman, about 20 minutes from the airport. Located about 1/4 mile from the Turtle Nest Inn, one of the top rated boutique hotels on Grand Cayman, according to Tripadvisor.com, In Harmony is secluded but still centrally located. A perfect spot for exploring the entire island. All the dining and attractions of Seven Mile Beach and Rum Point are only 30 minutes away.

About the owner: We are a family with young children living in Tampa, FL. We love Grand Cayman and try to visit as often as possible. When we are not there, we share our wonderful homes with others as vacation rentals.
Why the Owner Chose Beach Bay:
We chose In Harmony because of its size, large open layout, and beautiful, new finishes. We wanted a home large enough to accommodate our extended family, but small enough to still be manageable. We also wanted a home that felt very secluded and private but was still within 15 to 30 minutes of dining and shopping.
