The Silverene Towers consists of two buildings - Tower A and B. The complex has by far one of the best locations in the Marina area - next to the Dubai Marina Mall, a few minutes’ walk to the beach, 'The Walk' and the marina promenade how hosts many restaurants and cafes. A few minutes in the other direction we have the Dubai Metro, which will take you all the way through Dubai, along Sheikh Zayed Road. The closest tourist attraction departs from the pier just outside of Silverene - Dubai Ferry. The ferry offers tours along the marina to Palm Jumeirah. Also the Dubai Water Taxi stops at this pier. The water taxi can take you all the way to Deira by boat. Each building has its own 24/7 reception area. The pool area is located between these fabulous buildings, offering a swimming pool, sun deck, kids pool and a Jacuzzi. We spent 10 days in Dubai in this amazing appartment. It perfectly located and offers an amazing view of the Marina from its balcony. The appartment is well furnished and decorated and the Tower is very clean and provides with a lot of useful facilities. It's calm and the appartment is very space. I highly recommend it and for sure it was my first time there but not my last!

We really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. We had high expectations which were fully met. The apartment is of a high standard, well furnished and contains everything you need. The location is excellent and the views of the Marina from the balcony and windows are fantastic. With the supermarket on the ground floor and the Marina Mall very nearby containing plenty of restaraunts and shops etc. everything you need is close.The apartment is a few minutes walk from the JLT Metro station which was useful for visiting Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa,Mall of the Emirates and the Gold Souk. The public areas in the Silverene Towers are also very clean and well maintained with a nice swimming pool area. Everything worked as planned during booking, arrival,stay and departure according the arrangements made by you and you kept us well informed. We would not hesitate to recommend your apartment to anyone planning a stay in Dubai and would certainly use it again next time. We do not think you will find a better location.

This is an amazing apartment that have it all, if you ask me and my family! The short distance to the ocean, the pool, the supermarket/pharmacy, the marina mall, the metro and all the restaurants which serve the best food ever makes it worth going back more times in the future (going for the third time october 2013 :)

Last spring I stayed in this nicely decorated, modern apartment. Dubai as well as the Silverene apartment was more than we ever could have expected! The kitchen had everything we needed and the surroundings is amazing, watching the pool area and the Marina, eating and drinking a glass of wine from the balcony. The pool area is close and very nice, having a supermarket a few floors down is great and a ten minute walk to the beach makes this place a place I´m gonna come back to!

We have nothing to complain about. All our expectations were fulfilled, and the apartment was absolutely wonderful! Stayed for 7 nights in November 2012.
