This lushly landscaped first floor condo in Building 3 at Koa Resort is bright and spacious, furnished with tropical furnishings in a relaxed Tommy Bahama theme. The full 'cottage' kitchen complete with everything you might need.
The central location of this unit is quiet and peaceful, with cool ocean breezes that blow throughout. The oversized sliding glass door walks out from the living room onto a large lanai that looks out over beautifully landscaped garden areas. The living room has new bamboo hardwood flooring and includes a comfortable queen-size sofabed and large flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR. Comfortable queen-size bed in the master bedroom, which is comfortably cooled with new air-conditioner. We have provide beach chairs & towels, boogie boards, and a cooler.
This 640 square foot condo (not including the spacious lanai)is just a short walk to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and a private guest cabana complete with several barbecue grills. There are two tennis courts on the property, as well as a ping-pong table in the cabana. You'll also find a selection of books in the 'lending library' at the cabana. This is very handy when you're looking for a new book to take across the street to the beach.
We are a few minutes from Safeway, Time Supermarket, Starbucks, Maui Tacos, Jawz Tacos, Stella Blues...well, there are just too many to name! They're all within 1 mile from this property! We're also just 10 minutes to Wailea Resort shopping, numerous golf world-class golf resorts, and various island activities.

My husband and I stayed here and had an AMAZING experience! We had never visited Maui before and were looking for a one bedroom condo with a great location. If that's what you are looking for, please don't look any further! You have found it!!!! To begin, please let me not that booking this unit was a breeze! Customer service from the inquiry/ reservation process through the end of our stay was exceptional. The location is wonderful, as it is only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beach!!! Parking was sufficient and easy to access for loading and unloading the car. Upon arrival, we loved everything about the condo, from the cozy Hawaiian decor to the relaxing lanai complete with outdoor dining furniture. The unit had a full kitchen, which allowed us to cook meals at the condo with ease. Only a stop at the Safeway a short distance away, and we were set. The clubhouse area at the resort also provides outdoor seating and a grill for easy food prep. Oh, and don't forget to take advantage of the pool area as well, as you soak up the relaxing vibe of Kihei!
