Met for a ladies weekend in lovely San Francisco. Wanted to be near shopping, site and transportation. This property was perfect.
The staff was most helpful with with our early arrival and storing luggage. Helped us find a market to do some grocery shopping for breakfast. Helped with cab service. Concierge services were available at all hours with all of our many questions.
There were 5 of us and the 3 bedroom 3 bath was just the right amount of room. Comfy living room area to put all of our feet up and wind down.
One morning a circuit breaker blew and within minutes there were 2 staff members who responded and corrected the problem.
We used LYFT to get around which is a great APP for reasonable transportation.
The only challenge was confirming the reservation initially. I requested the unit online with HOMEAWAY. I did not hear a response for over a week. I resubmitted the request and asked for someone to call me to confirm the dates were available and requested assistance in securing the accommodations because the prompts listed on the HOMEAWAY site were not available for use. I received a call from 5STAR a company in Utah who manages the property and was able to secure the unit for the dates. I noticed the dates never changed on the calendar of HOMEAWAY to indicate the unit was unavailable.
Hands down the best property and best price we found for 5 women for 3 nights.

Thanks Stuart for making this a super easy and very trustworthy process. We've done other vacation rentals before; but with the level of communication, and the DocuSign process, we didn't worry a single bit with this one.
My wife, brother, sister-in-law, and I stayed in a 3 bedroom presidential suite (way more room than we needed, but the 2 bedroom suites were sold out). The property and suites are just as stunning as the pictures show - it was actually even better than we expected.
Equally amazing was the location. 3 blocks from Union Square - shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops - all within a 5 minute walk.
If I'm ever back in SF, I'll get in touch with Stuart before anyone else when I'm looking for accommodations. The only thing I would do differently is that I wouldn't rent a car next time. Everything is either close, or easily accessible.
For those who do have a car - Valet parking is about $35 per night. Self parking at the same garage (Butterick Garage, 1 block away) is $21/night.
If you can find a parking meter, they're free overnight until 7am or 9am depending on the street - read the parking restrictions very carefully. The Sutter Stockton Garage (3.5 blocks away) is $12 from 9pm to 9am.
