I guarantee you will just love this Eastern end unit condo on the 12th floor for so many reasons. It' is over 1700 square feet so it is nice and roomy and feels like home.. is not too high and it's not too low..and it has the best views ...sunrise views, sunset views up and down the beach views. The Master is on the water and sleeping to the calming sound of the ocean with the ocean breezes wafting through the door is the absolute best.
You can see Pier Park and the new 12,000 seat amphitheatre from your balcony and will be able to hear all the music from the concerts being featured there.
We are right off the elevator so jump right on and head on out to enjoy all the fun Panama City has to offer.
The Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with soft cotton sheets, cuddly pillows and a large master bath. You can wake to the southing sounds of the surf then enjoy your coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. The master bedroom shower is a large walk in with two sinks for couples to have their own space. This condo has a very comfortable living room and large screen TV and DVD player to hang out and watch movies. A dining room table that seats six with four bar stools to make a seating for ten. A really nice perk is that Sterling Breeze is one of a few buildings on Panama City Beach that has a grill on the deck that is allowed and grandfathered by the city. So bring home that fish your going to catch impress your family with your grilling skills.
Decorated in the nautical theme you can't help but feel like you are at the beach. Airy and colorful with bright colorful pictures and furniture this is your home away from home on vacation. A second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and large bathroom with a bathtub for little ones. A large third bathroom across the hall features a walk in shower. Blow dryers are installed in each bathroom. Down the hall is a bunkroom with four bunkbeds for your children or teenagers. A flat screen TV/DVD, dresser and wardrobe hanger will give them plenty of comfort as well. Along with a fully stocked kitchen, soft cotton linens, amazing beach views and TV's in every room ...you will have all the comforts of home only you will be at listening to the music of the ocean and looking out onto emerald green waters every day. Oh, I almost forgot. Pier Park can be seen from your balcony and is only .4 miles or a hop skip and a jump as they say from your door. The 2 fireworks display that you can watch from the balcony on New Years Eve is the Best and Pier Park has a kids ball drop early and lots of activities for you and your family. They shoot fireworks from the pier at 8:00 and midnight that from your balconyit is so close you literally have a front row seat.
You are in the heart of it all at this lovely condo. Pineapple Willys and Thomas drive are just a few miles down the road but all the fun these days is at Pier Park. Shopping, dining, a Grand IMAX theatre, live bands, mini amusement park and the soon to be amphitheatre...this is the place to be in Panama City Beach. Frank Brown Recreation Center can be seen from the front of the condo because it is right across the street. Home to soccer, baseball, tennis, aquatics...it is a must visit with your kids. The beach has all the fun beach stuff you can rent, chairs, para sailing, jet skiis...Sterling Breeze is a mall boutique hotel with a wonderful salt water pool pool and hot tub, wine bar with flat screen TV's and fire pit to enjoy the ocean in the winter time. There is also a gym with ocean views.
So get on down to Panama City Beach... relax with an amazing sunrise and sunsets....have a glass of wine a bucket of steamed shrimp... then sit back and enjoy the music of the tides.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The layout was perfect for a family with kids, as the room with the bunk beds is tucked in the back away from the kitchen/living area. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that my husband is actually making us replace our bed at home with a similar mattress! If you want a beach location in Panama City, look no farther. Rent this one. What a gorgeous condo. Everything was just as described. The layout of the bedrooms is great for adults or families with kids. Excellent location, stunning views of the beach east and west from the condo deck. Great pool and the best beach anywhere. Lots to do for all ages within walking distance. This condo is wonderfully decorated and makes you feel right at home on the beach. Access to the condo is easy and there is plenty of parking. This condo is beautiful! It's so spacious and cozy. The pictures of the condo were great, but the condo was even better in person. My family loved all the space. The location is within walking distance of Pier Park, and plenty of eating places. Great location if your a family and looking for quiet in the late night during Spring Break. We loved our stay @ Sterling Breeze. The waterfall pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The condo is located within walking disance to Pier Park. This condo has a nice quiet family vibe. Not a place for partying! The beach access is quick. The owners of the condo I rented were very helpful and nice. One owner even checked in with me the morning after we checked in to make sure everything was going well. The parking garage is across the street from the condo. The walk across was nice. There is no "check in" process. The doors are keyless entry and this was an added bonus so no worries about when the lobby opens and closes. Also, no having to keep up with keys. About the owner: My husband Jim and I bought two condos in Tidewater in April of 2012. I am managing the properties and have had the privilege of having so many wonderful people rent our properties. I personally speak to all my future guests to see if our property is what they are looking for and try to give them as much information they need to make their decision. We have enjoyed this business so much we bought this condo in Sterling Breeze.

We wanted a smaller boutique hotel and we wanted an end unit to be able to see up and down the beach with a master on the water. Sterling Breeze and our new unit fit the bill and we are delighted to own this property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
A smaller boutique condo, it is not as crowded as a lot of the buildings, the location is amazing and the views are amazing as we have an eastern end unit but you can also see pretty far west to 30A. Our unit is right there when you get off the elevator which makes it nice. At over 1700 square feet it is also very roomy and feels more like a home.
