This house is located on the water in the Tahoe Keys located in South Lake Tahoe. Boat to and from the lake from your private boat dock (accommodates two boats up to 26 feet each and 2 jetskis). There is also a paddle boat for guests to use.
This Non-Smoking house has been updated with tasteful paint and carpet. All new furniture was purchased in November of 2003. The beds are very comfortable. From the living room there are views of the southern mountains and waterway and westward you can see Mount Talac. From the rooftop deck you can see Lake Tahoe and the entire basin. The house has been completely remodeled. The house offers guests the ability to rent as little as three bedrooms or up to five for large groups. The bedrooms not needed will be locked off and unaccessable.
The house was set up with young children in mind. We have for your use a highchair, stair fences, a port-a-crib, play pen, toys in chests in great room, a kids bedroom with TV/DVD/VRC Combo and bunk bed, and electrical outlets are covered.
The house has a large, gated, level backyard good for children and games. The lot next-door is a local park which can be use for throwing a ball, making snow men, and other outdoor activities. This house is fully furnished with bedding and kitchen items.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Keys
This area is a great vacation destination. We love the easy access to the lake from our backyard boat dock. There are several great beaches within a few miles of the home. Guests can rent boats from 2 local rental companies. One is right in the Tahoe Keys.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Great Views, a boat dock and a wonderful home. We have 3 young children so we needed a home that would accommodate there growing needs. The house is very child friendly and has many items young children need. Enjoy use of port-a-cribs, high chair, children's plastic plate, silver wear and cups. There are toys, games and much more. For guests traveling with young children don't need to worry about packing and hauling these items on vacation.
Best Beach in South Lake Tahoe. Enjoy live music, good food and a safe swimming area. There is a large dock and a boat fueling station. Don't forget to get a Run Runner while you are there.
