We loved this condo!! Everything we needed was in the condo fully furnished! We had a little trouble with check in and key code for our door but Pam and Steve arrived to let us in and made sure we were satisified!! Our condo was absolutely perfect & we enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was immaculately clean, recently renovated & beautifully furnished & decorated by the owners. Everything was as promised & every amenity you could think of was provided and included in the rental. The views were gorgeous, the beaches lovely & many shops & restaurants were conveniently located nearby. We also enjoyed the heated pool very much on cooler days. Our wonderful hosts even provided detailed driving directions from the Midwest, along w/local golf course information. This was definitely a 5-star experience and we look forward to returning many times in the years to come. L. This is a wonderful ground floor unit, recently renovated and very comfortable. The unit was very clean and the views are spectacular. About the owner: We have been coming to Panama City Beach for several years now and love all the faces it has to offer. There is the noise and excitement of Spring Break and Thunder on the Beach, the family vacations in the Summer and our snowbird friends in the cooler months. We love Panama City Beach because it offers vacation opportunities for everyone, from tacky beach to upscale luxury, you can find it here. Why the Owner Chose Sunbird:
We started coming to the Sunbird as guests and loved the place from the start. We know there are bigger properties and fancier properties but there is nothing like this place. It's relatively small and and the units that are memorable to use express the personality and individualism of the owners. Over the last few years we have looked at a lot of condos with a eye to possible purchases. Our 106 West unit caught our eye from the start. First, we love the fact that it's a ground floor unit. There are no stairs to climb and no elevators to ride. In the morning you can take you cup of coffee, open the sliding glass door and step out on the deck. Take a few steps and you are on the beach. Truly, there are only a few properties that offer this.
The decor is unique to this unit. The whole place has just been updated with new appliances, tile in the bathroom and the comfortable leather reclining couch and love seat. Just the place you want to be after a day on the beach. Nothing beats parking immediate adjacent to the building. Having to hunt for a parking place, drag your luggage and family through a parking ramp, across the road and then wait on an elevator is a miserable start to a vacation and that's an experience we felt our guests could bypass. Finally, our unit is far larger than most Sunbird units and being on the ground floor it seems bigger yet. Come and stay in our 106 unit at the Sunbird, it have everything you need for your vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Sunbird is something really special. It's very family friendly but also loved by older couples. The location can't be beat. Near all the things you and your family will want to do. The unit is fully equipped so you can dine in and enjoy fresh seafood purchased near by or walk a few feet to Pineapple Willeys, Dee's Hangout or down the beach to Spinners. The pace at Sunbird affords you plenty of time around the pool, beach or simply enjoying the deck outside your unit with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink as the sunsets.
