I went with my boyfriend to this cute condo!! Very clean and everything that we needed was there! The owner was very helpful with any questions we had! Ocean is across the street and we were in walking and or biking distance to restaurants if we didn't feel like cooking!! We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place! Hope we can do it again next year!! Thanks again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our stay at the condo was great. We are a family of five, 3 adults and 2 little ones. Had no issues with the sleeping arrangements. Eat in kitchen came in very handy at breakfast and dinner time. Is literally accross the street from the beach and in case you don't feel like cooking at all, there is lots of places to grab a bite to eat. Nothing negative to say about our stay and will recommend it to anyone. Very clean and organized.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this condo for a week in August. The owner is incredibly nice, providing us with the answers to all of our questions. The condo is located in a great spot- the public beach access is right across the street! It is very close to some great restaurants and multiple grocery stores. We recommend Shucky Shack for fresh seafood, and Squigley's for awesome ice cream. The condo itself is really tiny. It is enough for two people, but any more would be an issue. I can't imagine fitting in with any children. The biggest downfall of the place are paper-thin walls, so our sleep was constantly interrupted by a barking dog, neighbors talking next door, or other neighbors getting up early everyday and making lots of noise. Also, the balcony furniture could use some cleaning and taking care of. Other than that, it was a really nice place for a short vacation for two. If you plan on cooking your own meals, there is a decent size toaster oven and a 2 burner electric stove. We brought a crockpot too. Location is it's biggest advantage!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Your review raises some good points, which (for the benefit of future renters) I would like to address: 1. "tiny" condo: fair enough - it IS a small space, however 450 sq ft is quite comparable to a hotel room. With a queen size bed and full size futon, we've had very comfortable stays with up-to 4 people. The majority of our renters are couples with or without children, and quite often we have two friendly couples rent comfortably. 2. paper thin walls: yes, it's an older building forsure. Even with upgrades over the years, you'll still face similar challenges as you would in a hotel, as far as possible noise. As for guests, it's always the "luck of the draw" I suppose. If a polite comment to a neighbor doesn't work, renters can either call us or visit the onsite manager (downstairs office) during business hours to ask for help enforcing courtesy. 3. balcony furniture: I'm glad you raised this point. Those old stools have to GO! We've budgeted for balcony furniture which we will be replacing next month. Thank you very much for all the great points, I believe this will help potential renters get a great idea of what our condo is all about. We enjoyed our stay at your condo. We were conveniently located to everything. We really enjoyed walking across the street to the Tiki Bar every evening for a cocktail. The condo was very clean and working with the owners were great. Thank's for making our trip so enjoyable. My husband and I spent a long weekend at this condo and it was just what we needed! It was quiet and quaint! It was located in a great part of town, walking distance to the beach! Can't wait to go back and spend another weekend there again this summer! There is a great boardwalk with delicious food and the best donuts a couple miles down the road! A must see!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife, two children and I were very comfortable in this cute condo. We brought groceries but ended up eating at Ocean Grill across the street or at POP's half a block away - great hotdogs, burgers, fries and (most importantly) ice cream!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
