Located half mile above picturesque Stowe Village. Cozy three bedroom house with all living area on one floor. Master bedroom with queen, full bath and french door to deck. Second bedroom also has queen and shares main bath. Third bedroom is bunk room with full bed and bunk bed setup. Kitchen is newly renovated with vaulted wood ceilings and a mix of granite and butcher block countertops with a bar area seperating the kitchen/dining area with seating for three stools. Dining room has expandable table that seats 6 to 10. Large living room with two couches,addt'l seating, flat screen with cable, wi-fi dvd and central fireplace with plentiful supply of wood. Downstairs offers entry/mudroom area and laundry room with washer/dryer. House has all neccessary amenities for cooking and linens etc.. Just bring your skis and the family and your ready to go. Half mile down the hill is Stowe Village with shopping and dining etc. Ski mountain is approx. seven miles down the Mountain Rd. from the village with more dining, shopping,movies and ski shops along the way.

About the owner: House is owned by a couple of older adolescent ski bums who find it necessary to rent the place out a bit to offset the exorbinant cost of being a ski bum.
Why the Owner Chose Stowe:
Affordable and comfortable alternative to some of the more expensive and pretentious properties that are plentiful in the area. Feels like home for everybody.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Large living room with fireplace and plenty of dry aged wood. Build a roaring fire and relax. Guests tells us they found it hard to leave they tended to cook in the new and spacious kitchen and lounge around the fire and play games when they were not out skiing on Vermont's hightest peak
