!PRIVATE POOL! Exclusive, and All yours with this rental. We specialize in a vacation or a corporate home on the California coast. The pool is for you only. Short or Long term guests welcomed, and sleeps 4. We are well positioned in San Diego, near the beach, and near the bay. We feature a wrap around pool deck that's perfect for sun bathing. Inside you will enjoy a bright airy environment with floor to ceiling windows.

The Poolside guest house features a New A/C unit installed June 2023. accommodations include 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 full bathroom. There is also a comfortable pull down Murphy Bed in the living room to accommodate up to four guests. The pool heated only with a solar blanket and solar panels. The solar blanket provides heating when the sun is out especially from April-November.

Enjoy your stay in this Classic California home with more than 700 square feet of space. The large living room / kitchen area features an efficiency kitchen, and dining area. We also feature a large patio by the pool that is equipped with a BBQ. Enjoy the outdoor patio year round with a meal poolside.

Last year we just finished constructing a new wrap around deck poolside! You can also rely on a washer and dryer that comes with the rental. Our newly renovated fence offers great privacy. Come stay with us in San Diego's beach community of Point Loma, Ocean Beach.

Great Location & Beautiful Property

This was a fantastic location for everything we were looking to do in San Diego. The property is as described and as an added bonus a calming, quiet, private beautiful space to spend time when you are not out and about. Pete was very welcoming and friendly. I will look to stay here again on my next trip back to San Diego.

Great stay in a great location!

We stayed here for several nights over Christmas and it was incredible. First of all, the place was great and the host was very gracious! He even brought us fresh-baked cookies on Christmas morning. Secondly, the location can’t be beat. Within a 1-2 mile radius are Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Mission Beach, Point Loma, etc. So many great shops and restaurants are *right* there for you. If you want to explore more, everything else is a short 15-20 minute drive away: Coronado, Balboa Park, Encinitas. Best trip!!!

Why they chose this property

This is a dream come true, We always wanted a place on the California Coast in a Classic California Home. I was inspired to purchase this home because of the unique architecture which reminds me of a Frank Lloyd Wright home of the 60's.

What makes this property unique

We love the Mid- Century style architecture, and styling of this special home. It has a fresh-open fee with ceiling to floor windows. It is a true pool house because it lets the outside in and vice versa.
