We had a wonderful vacation in the Loveland area. You have a beautiful home and neighborhood and we appreciate you sharing it with us. We spent a lot of time on your back deck soaking up the peace and quiet. Needless to say, it was hard to leave and return to our normal lives and work. I have stayed in a few vacation rental properties before and this truely was one of my favorites...we will be back again next year!! They provided everything we could ever imagined needing, including beach towel, coolers, toys for the kids, etc... The neighbors very mostly very nice and helpful, nice neighborhood full of trails and lake access. The views were amazing!! The price for the rental was a great deal!! Thanks for everything!! OH BTW...it was nice to stay with a fellow SOONER BOOMER!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and my 3 kids loved staying and playing at this beautiful house. It was very clean and well kept. The location was so beautiful and quite. Lots of room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. Shopping was very close and the Rocky Mountains were just a hop, skip and jump away. We can't wait to get back there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful Northern Colorado is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Loveland has all the offerings of a large city, yet maintains a small town feel.
"The Loveland-Ft Collins metropolitan area has received numerous awards as a great place to live, by Money Magazine, USA Today, AARP the Magazine, and others. There is a large population of artists in Loveland, which has drawn three foundries, an art museum, and the annual sculpture shows in August. The city is a major business center for northern Colorado and the area has many sight-seeing, dining, shopping and other attractions.
The city is located in the Colorado Front Range region at the base of the foothills just east of the mouth of Big Thompson River Canyon at the intersection of U.S. Highway 34 and U.S. Highway 287.
