UNWIND on VINE is a beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, craftsman style house. It's located a few blocks from the Historic Paso Robles downtown area. Paso's downtown area includes; shoppping, tasting rooms, restaurants, theaters, and the downtown city park. The Paso Robles Mid-State Fair is just blocks away. If you are visiting the area for our famous Paso Robles Wine Counry, it begins just miles from the home, down a beautiful, country, senic road!
Our beds are Queen size in both the bedrooms, and there is a Queen size pillow top sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully renovated 'chef's kitchen' with commercial grade appliances and remodeled baths. The house is on a corner lot surround by a picket fence and has two outdoor patios for your enjoyment. What an adorable place! We so enjoyed our stay at your cottage! You have definitely captured this beautiful home in your photos! Everything is just perfect! (Especially the kitchen & baths! So clean & fresh! ) The owners are such a dear couple and really know the area. There are so many wineries that a long weekend is almost not long enough! Whether you are planning a short vaca or a long trip to Paso Robles, this is a great location near downtown. We would absolutely recommend this property! Also-FYI-some of our favorite wineries in the area are Oso Libre, Treana & Hope Family Wineries, Robert Hall, JLohr, DAOU, Eberle, and Justin - but don't just take our word - go taste for yourselves! Cheers!! Enjoy this fabulous home and town and all it has to offer! And don't forget to visit the Firestone Brewery - just south of town.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Wonderfully renovated property! Close to downtown. Everything was new, clean, fresh and extremely well done. We look forward to returning in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

All new Viking appliance kitchen and the bathrooms are totally five star with the two person claw foot tub in the master bedroom. The kichen has everything you would need to host a party or cook a large family meal with granite counter tops and all top of the line cookware. Plenty of dishes and wine glasses for all the wine brougtht back from wine tasting. The pictures provided are beautiful but in person you will find it is even better! Downtown is just minutes in walking distance to the wonderful charming shops and restaurants and on Saturday morning in the park is a farmers market. I would highly recommend a stay here. My family will definetly be back for the holidays!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Great location rental that is EXTREMELY close to downtown historic Paso Robles and all its fabulous places it has to offer. Me and my Fiancé were looking to have one more romantic getaway before we were official and decided we would try out a few California wine country tours along highway 46. What better way to cap off a weekend also with some clubbing and nightlife at Downtown Brew. Highly recommended rental property that has everything you need, a home away from home. 1445 Vine Street Rental Agreement This Rental Agreement is made between the Homeowner (Casey Shepherd & Caroline Barth) and the Guest for the purposes of a short term residential stay. The Property 1445 Vine is located in a residential area. To preserve the integrity of the property and surrounding neighborhood, we ask that it be occupied in a quiet and dignified manner. Occupancy Bedding arrangements limits the number of guests to 6 people. In accepting this reservation, the Guest whose name appears on the rental agreement, agrees to not allow more than 6 people to stay at the property. In addition, they assume sole responsibility for the actions and behavior of all guests and visitors, and assumes all risk and liability for damage done to person and/or property resulting from their occupancy. House parties are not allowed. Property may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Rental Payment: The full rental payment is due within 30 days of your arrival date. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation & Refunds: 30 day notice of cancellation is required. If canceled before 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. If a reservation is canceled with a less than 30 day notice, and we are unable to re-rent the property, you are subject to forfeiture of the entire rental amount. If we are able to re-rent the property, only the processing fee will apply. We cannot refund room nights for early departures. Check-in / Check-out Check-in time is from 3pm – 6pm, unless other arrangements have been made. If you will not arrive between 3pm and 6pm, please call (805-423-0035) with your arrival time to make alternate arrangements to pick up the key. In order to allow time to clean for future guests, check-out is 11am. Please drop the key through the mail slot next door (Unit #A) and give us a courtesy call to let us know when you’ve left. Cleaning We ask that you leave the property in the same manner in which you found it by making sure the kitchen items dishes, cookware, etc) are clean and put away, and the unit is picked up, so our cleaning service can change the linens and clean it in a timely manner for our next guests. Leave all beds unmade and linens on the floor. Please place your trash & recyclables in the trash bins downstairs before departure. Condition of the Property All equipment and appliances should be in working order. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns can occur. If appliances or equipment are inoperable upon Check-in, Guest shall advise the Homeowner immediately. Every reasonable effort will be made to promptly inspect / repair / replace it. In the unlikely event an item needs repair or inspection, we will attempt do so in a timely manner. The Guest shall allow access to the Homeowner (and/or his designated agent) who shall exercise this right in a reasonable manner. Furnishings The apartment is rented as a fully furnished unit. Furnishings include furniture, beds, chairs, TV set, BBQ, appliances, kitchen utensils, linens and towels. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall notify the Homeowner immediately. If an issue is not reported, you will be held responsible. Smoking & Pets For the health and courtesy of our guests, ours is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the dwelling and on the exterior porches. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Parking On and off street parking is available. Parking for recreational vehicles and/or trailers is not available. Your Stay We want your vacation in Paso Robles to be as stress free as possible. Please let us know, prior to your arrival, if you have any special needs or requests. Items Left Behind We are not responsible for items left behind. Please double check for your personal items prior to departure. If you notice something missing, let us know immediately.
