25% if paying more than 70 days of the booking
70 Days prior to the booking the other 75% balance is due or can cancel for full refund.
Once paid in full if needed to cancel it would be 50% refund up to 30 days prior to the booking.
If cancel with less than 30 days there will no refunds
Only reasons for canceling with natural disasters like Hurricanes etc.
