As a frequent traveler, I always stay at hotels for vacation. Never again. Deb is fully committed to providing the best experience. The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. I really appreciate small things like a coffee grinder for that great morning cup watching the sunrise. She provides everything you need! We just went to the market and we were set to enjoy the week. Deb has now set the standard in what I will come to expect when leasing a vacation rental. I can't wait to return! Thank you Deb! We haven't stopped talking about it since our return

Great condo. Great View. The owner was very informative and accessible. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and cozy. Everything you need to have a great vacation.

The visit was absolutely perfect! From the beautiful interior to the breathtaking views you felt like you were in heaven. Everything you could possibly need or want is available during your stay and is in perfect working order. The owners are very generous and it is evident everywhere you look that they love hosting you on your vacation

The entire week was wonderful. The picture on the website is beautiful but doesn't come close to really showing the place off. It was even nicer than we expected. The views are spectacular!!! The location was just as described. The property was very well maintained. Even though we didn't use the pool or go to the beach everything was there for us to use. Deb was very helpful when we contacted her after we got there. We're planning to book it again next year and will not be worried this time. We KNOW it's beautiful and that we won't be disappointed.

Fantastic, beachfront property! This place is contemporary, clean, very spacious, on a great part of the beach, close to everything, and the views are incredible! I have stayed in Daytona on more than one occasion, and I would never look anywhere else! The views are awesome...you can see the ocean, intercostal waterway, downtown Daytona, the racetrack-everything from up here! Get ahold of Deb, and book this place without question...they are incredibly accommodating! We will be back!

I needed a place to recover after surgery and this was definitely the right choice. Deb has been awesome about everything and even to this day we keep in contact. I will definitely go here again when I go back to Florida. The place was perfect, view was perfect, location was perfect, and all of the logistics worked out perfect!

This was the most perfect place for a vacation we have ever stayed. The view is spectacular! The condo is just beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Working with the owner was a breeze. The location is convenient to everything. We will definately stay here again next year.

In Daytona with incredible style and amazing views

Stayed nearly a week in this beautiful condo. Haute couture with incredible sunrises, beautiful sunsets, and excellent view over looking the city! The beach is just down the condo steps! And all walking distance from downtown! For evenings we wanted to enjoy the city lights, we cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed a home cooked meal on the balcony. Our departue date came all too quickly and it felt as though we were leaving our second home! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, comfortable beach getaway! Already made another reservation!

Once again we had a fantastic time. The condo is just beautifully decorated and comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone. We have been vacationing in Daytona for the past 15 years , and the beach is still just as beautiful. My husband and I love to just sit on the balcony and have a glass of wine at night.The sound of the ocean is just so relaxing. Renting the condo was stress free, the owners are very accommodating . WE will be Back NEXT YEAR!

This was one of the best vacation we have had. My grandchildren and children loved it. The condo was exactly as advertised. We could not have asked for anything more. The view was beautiful ans the beach was splendid. We will defiantly keep this in mind for next year.

We were thrilled with our stay; it was exactly as advertised to be on the internet. The condo was clean, and available at the time agreed upon. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed it so much, they are asking to go back next year for two weeks. There was nothing I would change, it was from start to finsh a wonderful encounter. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Beautiful Family Beach Holiday

The condo was spectacular. Absolutely tidy and clean at our arrival, with beautiful rooms, incredible beach, river and city sights. Our family had a very good time in all our holiday, enjoying the beach, the pool, and all the facilities of the condo. The neighbors were kind and friendly (specially Ramon from the 1203). We use all the things the owners left for our commodity, and every time had very good days. The weather was excellent, the city wonderful, the sea impressive, and the sunrise time most beautiful I ´ve ever saw. We strongly recommend this city in general, and this condo in particular, to anyone who loves the beach, the cars (from the history of this city) and the good restaurants, specially the Sushi Restaurant (Ronin) and the Thai Restaurant

The views from this Condo are breathtaking. The front balcony provides an almost panoramic view of the ocean and much of the city. The back balcony has a gorgeous view of the river and sunsets. So you get both, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is spacious. But BEWARE!! Our failure to report an pre-existing issue with the blinds resulted in an unhealthy dialogue and frustration. If you rent this unit with gorgeous views - report everything that you note wrong immediately. Document everything. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation!

the condo was superb--right on the beach with fantastic views. the layout was very spacious and each room well furnished and modern. there is a beach bar about 150 yards along from the front door or if you prefer you can walk aslong the beach. other bars and restaurants in both directions within walking or short drive distance. management very responsive and friendly. if we were returning to the area we would certainly use again.

Daytona Beach winter getaway!

Oh gosh, Where to begin!....very open and spacious condo, panoramic views of the ocean, the city, and the river. Pelicans flying close by daily at the 18th floor level during the daytime, and the view of the cities night lights are breathtaking! Loved the easy access to walk the beach daily. Restaurants, shops, etc. easily located 1mile north or south. Spent lots of time at the pool & fitness room also. Many great restaurants such as Bone Fish Grill, Giovanni's, Lulu's, the Stonewood north of condo. Oyster Pubs, Down the Hatch, Bubba Gumps, Mai Tai Bar (great happy hour prices and try the spinach/artichoke dip....the best I've had!), PortoFino's (great food, great value, and an extremely nice owner...Georgio), and so many more heading southward from condo. I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family who are traveling to Daytona Beach. The grounds are very well maintained, the manager is friendly and helpful, and it's very secured for your safety. Enjoyed the laundry facility on the same floor for convenience also! A tour of Daytona 500 Racetrack was very nice and fun to experience. Make sure to see the lighthouse in Smyrna Beach and have a bite to eat at Crabby Joe's on the pier over the ocean.......pretty cool being out there while there was a storm in action. You can actually hear the waves under the deck flooring. Like reggae?...make sure to visit the Ocean Deck pub/restaurant. Photos of this condo are pretty much accurate! You won't be disappointed!

The condo is everything and more.Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views from all the balconies are just amazing. The private balcony off the master bedroom was just perfect and cozy.Having 3 bedrooms is great for the kids. The kitchen had everything you could ever need . The beach is beautiful , clean and was never crowded. Booking this vacation was just so easy, the owner makes it stress free. Wonderful restaurants . St. Augustine is a great day trip. Would love to book 2 weeks next year.

We enjoyed very much our stay. The condo was perfect, clean and has everything we needed. The building was also. It's a quiet place, the beach isn't crowded, very nice pool. We had a good service from the owner and it's very easy to deal with. The balcony view is wonderful. For sure, we recommend this condo and we intend to go back again next year.

We were blown away at how beautiful this condo was! It is everything and more that the owner describes. Renting the condo was a breeze! Working with Deb on every detail was so easy. The condo was VERY clean and had everything you could possibly imagine that you would need. We will return to this condo in the future! The indoor parking was wonderful (We loved not having to get into a hot car). Pool was wonderful, never crowded and beach access was great!

We had a great time while staying here. The views were wonderful and we had plenty of room for the entire family. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This lovely condo has the most wonderful location and views -- direct oceanfont and just down the strip from all of the activities, you can get to the fun in minutes but you don't have all the noise at night. The windows look out to the ocean, street and river, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. This condo is very spacious, with rooms to get away and a separate balcony off the master. Lots of storage space, good kitchen and open floorplan for dinner gatherings. We needed some flexibility with our arrival and departure, and the owner was very accomodating. Highly recommend.

The views of the ocean were unbelievable. The Condo was gorgeous! The Ease of booking with the owner was great! No hassle... just call them up and make the arrangements.... Simple Simple Simple! I recommend this Condo Highly... You will NOT be disappointed. I am coming back this summer and I am staying here! The rooms were spacious... I especially loved the Master Bedroom with its own balcony. You can walk to restaurants, movies, bowling alley and the kids absolutely loved this --- it is 100 times better than hotel rooms! Call and book your vacation, you will have a beautiful time in this space.
