Villa Les Cinq Toits, located on the scenic island of St. Barthelemy in the district of Vitet, is a unique vacation experience for the discerning traveler. Its spacious terrace, palm gardens, expansive sea view, outdoor dining area and relaxing pool will leave you wanting to spend your entire stay outdoors.
Inside the villa you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own marble bath with shower. The living and dining area is spacious, and there is a fully equipped chef-designed kitchen. Every room has ceiling fans.
Wifi, Flat screen TV, DirectTV, DVD player, and CD/Stereo system.
Maid service is included Monday through Saturday except on French holidays.

For reservations less than 45 days notice, we require immediate payment via FedEx.

Year Purchased: 1996
About the owner: We have owned The Hopkins Inn in Warren, CT for over 35 years. Known primarily for its restaurant, our country inn also has lodging accommodations. Franz is semi-retired, Beth still works full time and our son, Toby is one of our chefs. Since the inn is closed during the winter, we have had the opportunity to spend part of each winter in St. Barth. We enjoy working in our gardens and around the villa - the weather is almost always perfect.
Why the Owner Chose Camaruche:
The Schober family has been vacationing in St. Barths since 1982. After seven years of wonderful experiences, we decided to purchase a property in the countryside of St. Barths. We engaged architect Dominique Cellerier to design a modern take on the traditional St. Barth's 'case' . The villa was completed in 1996. With its beautiful outdoor dining areas, sea and ocean views, five pitched roofs, and gardens with mature palms, the villa has a unique and captivating appearance all its own. Les Cinq Toits was created to be more than a vacation get-away. For our guests and ourselves, it is home.

A tiled terrace wraps around the villa and provides opportunities for outdoor dining and relaxation either in the sun or under the protection of a porch roof. The garden features latanier palms, oleander, bougainvillea and a variety of other palms and cacti.
