Nine years young, three bedroom, two bath, saltbox colonial home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated with large windows - light and airy (as you can see from the pictures). Extra large master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with one twin bed and one double bed, bath on second floor, and a private one bedroom suite (queen bed) with bath on main floor. Living room, dining room, and wood floors. Fully-equipped kitchen. Large furnished deck, gas barbeque grill, quintessential outdoor shower, circular driveway, and private, wooded property. Easy to find and conveniently located... Near Long Pond and Newcomb Hollow Beach.
Comfortable home (It's our vacation home.). Fully-equipped kitchen. Laundry with washer and dryer. Cable, 27 inch TV and VCR. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac that is safe for young ones to play. The area is wooded and borders the National Seashore property. Convenient to all that Wellfleet has to offer. Convenient to the Ocean, the Lakes, the Bay, the Harbor, and Wellfleet Center. All that Wellfleet has to offer: artist community, art galleries, the harbor, Massachusetts Audubon Society Wildlife Sanctuary, day camps, the Wellfleet Drive-in Theater, the Wellfleet Harbor Actors’ theater, the Wellfleet flea market, the beautiful beaches of the National Seashore and Cape Cod Bay, three Town-operated lakes, fishing, boating, whalewatching, bike paths in Wellfleet and Provincetown, fine dining, night life at the famous Beachcomber, square dancing, golf at Highland Links--circa 1880 and Chequesset Neck Country Club, nearby Provincetown and more.
In-season rental is on a Friday to Friday basis. (There is less traffic on Fridays, which helps to ease you into your vacation.) Sorry, No Smoking and No Pets.
