  My loved this condo and our stay at Summit Village. We used the real woodburning fireplace after a long day of skiing! What a beautiful view of the lake, had plenty of sleeping room and all the amenities we could ask for. Would love to rent here again.

  My husband and I stayed here with our children 14 and 10 . We were celebrating our daughter's birthday. For the value I would give this condo 5+ stars . The view was even better than the pictures. Tons of snow so we enjoyed snowball throwing contests off the deck to the nearby trees. Picnic table out back to enjoy the sunsets! The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable. Kids rooms with double on bottom and single bunk bed above was more than ample. Despite the "cozy" size of the condo, there was enough storage in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Kitchen even had a blender. Played games on the high top table. It was very quite and peaceful at snowshoe. We made a fire every night, a nice treat. We will be back, hopefully this summer for a golf weekend. A great value to stay here vs. a hotel room!

  We stayed here for a ski weekend and had a wonderful time. The view was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect for getting to the hill or downtown Bellaire. We would definitely stay here again!

  The owner was wonderful to work with! It was just what our family needed for our first skiing vacation. The location was beautiful! The view from the deck was spectacular! Skiing was great! Shuttle service is available between the mountains. We can't wait to see it in the summer for golf!! Thank you again!! Mike and Barb

  This is our second time renting this condo and we love it. It's close to everything at Shanty Creek and the view is beautiful. Shorty's Brewery was great for pizza and live music in town. We will definitely be back.

• Great view

  When we booked this property we wanted a property with a view of the fall colors. We were pleasantly surprised; not only did we have a view of colorful trees but a great view of Lake Bellaire. The unit was as advertised. Nice living area, a good sized bedroom with king bed and adequate kitchen. It was within walking distance of the lakeview restaurant and clubhouse for the golf courses. The restaurant was very good and had a good view of trees and lake as well. There were 6 golf courses within 10 minutes of the condo. We saw lots of turkeys and some deer on our drives. Torch Lake was 15 minutes away and it is easy to see how it was rated the third most beautiful lake in the world. Lots of different side trips you could do in all directions. We look forward to returning and we would stay at this condo again. Patty answered all my emails promptly and was very helpful. The only thing we missed was having a reading lamp on both sides of the bed.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Cute, clean, with full kitchen. Gorgeous view from the deck- perfect start & finish to the day! Friendly area with lots to do - downtown Bellaire had great eateries & movie theater for kids. Perfect spot to call home, and travel around - TC, Petoskey, Charlevoix & Torch Lake nearby. The Beach Club was perfect - great beach and all the amenities we need - felt like an old fashion vacation. Kids had a blast! Thanks so much. We can't wait to come back - hopefully for ski season.

  My husband and I recently stayed in this condo with our two little girls and it was perfect!!! VERY family friendly, the condo is clean, with an open layout and has a beautiful views of the lake! We were pleasantly surprised as the pictures don't do it justice!! There is also so many things to do near by, Charlevoix & Petoskey are beautiful towns and only a short drive away! Many thanks to the owner/manager for being so accomodating as we reserved this very last minute. We will definately be back!!
